High school.

The years of eternal youth, never ending stress, backstabbing friends, meaningless sex, and knowing your place on the food chain.

In order to survive in the hell hole, everybody lives by the rules:

1. Never miss a party and don't forget to down a few drinks.

2. Sex, sex, sex. Get a lot of it.

3. You're young, so live like there's no tomorrow.

4. Take what you want. Anything and everything belongs to you.

5. Make sure people know their place and do anything to stay at the top.

6. Never follow the rules.

These were a few of the decrees the infamous Nina Patterson had told her friends when they were mere freshman at George Washington High School. It didn't take long after that for the group to climb the social ranks, even though their wealth status and remarkably striking looks did help with the fact.

With the slightest glance, their clique seemed like any other in the world. Just a group of snobby, arrogant teens who thought they ruled the world. But they all had their startling secrets, like every other person in Lakewood.

And everything was going to come out. All it took was a certain queen bee to be dropped from the highest peg before things began to unravel.

Nobody was safe. No secret would remain hidden. Everyone was just a pawn in the game. The question was: Who would survive?

But what's a bit of high school drama without a lot of bloodshed...

This epigraph sucks but I'm so excited to be doing this story!! Usually I don't like anything horror-esque, but Scream is just so thrilling. Can't wait to see what you guys think of this story! This is the first scary themed story I've ever written, so I hope you like it!

And RIP MY BABY JAKE. I know how hard this is going to be writing this story and its sequel knowing his fate, but I am going to try my best. Hope you stick around for more!
