i quickly dash out of my bed hearing the sound of a post notification. tapping it hard with my thumb i open to see a photo of a rolled blunt with money. i instantly double tap it commenting

i bitterly chuckle to myself hoping no one would reply to my stupid first rushed comment. i sighed and laid back down with a serious thought of

will chief keef ever notice me?

i asked myself that every night before i went to sleep. i've been trying to get him to notice me for years on instagram and twitter but nope. not even one favorite on twitter! i honestly thought he actually did notice me but just ignored me.

i grab my phone and open instagram going to the dm section. i click "send message" then type chief keef's instagram username. welp here goes nothing.

and one day he will notice me. i mean yeah i know there's a 10000% chance he won't see the dm but hey a girl can dream. i walk into the bathroom putting my hair up into a messy bun. i brush my teeth then turn the light off heading to my bed.

i tip toed downstairs hoping not to wake up anyone in my house. i kiss the poster of chief keef on my refrigerator then quietly open it. i then get the water out and pour some into a glass.

i grab my phone from the table then put on my chief keef playlist. the first song that plays is "Love Sosa". i smirk to myself plugging in my headphones. the music blasted through my ears as a danced around the dimly lit kitchen.

i hear a buzz from my phone meaning i received a text message. i slide it open with my thumb to see who it's from.

tim: heY faM

i rolled my eyes seeing it's from my guy best friend timothy.everyone just called him tim for short. plus he hated his real name. he said it was too corny which i didn't understand how a name could be corny. we've known each other since 3rd grade and i'm glad i have someone in my life like him.

me: go to sleep loser

tim: u first daddy

me: tf

tim: sosa favorited my tweet :)

my eyes grew from shock. he couldn't have favorited his tweet i thought. i tweet him almost everyday and he still hasn't even noticed me?

me: WHEN?

tim: just now bih
tim: check his twitter

I do as he told typing in chief keef's twitter username. i go to his liked section and see he liked a tweet from tim. all it said was "hey dad" what.

me: are you kidding me? all you said was "hey dad" and he noticed you? bullshit!

tim: somebody's jelly lolz

me: ofc i'm jealous! i tweet him everyday saying lots of meaningful things and all u say is "hey dad" then get noticed ???

tim: well damn i'm sorry he noticed me not you🐸☕️

the more i read his messages the more angry i became. i hated knowing the fact that i'm a crazy fangirl who will do anything to meet
chief keef while my best friend who hasn't even been a fan since day 1 gets noticed by him. i wanted to break something, smash a window, and cry.

me: enjoy the moment while it lasts 🙃🔪

tim: lmao chill it's not that deep fam

i rolled my eyes and mumble the word "whatever" then suddenly realizing he can't hear me. i turn off the lights then dash up the stairs and go back into my room.

i run a finger through my hair admiring all of the chief keef posters in my room distracting from the white walls giving it a pop of color. i ordered a new poster yesterday on amazon.

I sighed heavily plopping on my bed. i didn't even bother to check my phone at this point. i was too tired and whatever happened at this point doesn't matter.

3:30 AM, saturday
