"Cinderpelt! Cinderpelt! You in there?" Wolfstorm meowed into the medicine den. The tom was still shaken by what he had seen; He didn't wait for his sister to pick up her fresh-kill, didn't wait to watch her erupt into maniacal laughter, just turned tail and RAN. The young cat poked her head out of her den, eyes still clouded with sleep. "Oh, sorry. Did I wake you from your StarClan meeting?" the tom mewed guiltily. Wolfstorm might not be a medicine cat, but he still knew how deep they were connected with StarClan. "No, it's fine. I was just taking a nap," purred the she-cat kindly. "What's the matter?" "Well, it's Foxhawk. There's something wrong with her. She's snarled at Firestar four times today, and just now I watched her take utmost pleasure in killing a warren full of a mother rabbit and her babies. She was smiling and laughing as they squealed in pain, as she tore them apart slowly. I'm scared, Cinderpelt, that it won't be a rabbit in her deadly long claws next. Can you observe her for me? She'll have my head on a stick if she finds out I went to you." Wolfstorm found the words flowing out of his mouth. The medicine cat said nothing, but simply nodded and brushed her tongue soothingly over the tom's ear. "Don't worry, Wolfstorm, I may have an injured leg, but I can follow a cat around without them knowing I'm even there. Now go eat those poppy seeds over there and get some sleep. Your eyes are full of stress that you don't need." Cinderpelt meowed gently, pushing the small round seeds towards the black and white cat with a paw. "Thank you so much Cinderpelt," Wolfstorm meowed gratefully. He ate the black seeds and padded off to his nest. Little did he know, a pair of flaming mad eyes followed his movements carefully. Foxhawk stepped out from the shadows, looked up at the black night sky with a psychotic grin, and followed her brother silently into the warrior den...
