chapter one

Callie's POV (the story will mostly be Callie's POV but I will let you know otherwise)

I rolled over and tucked my arm under Arizona as she started to stir, I smiled as I remember last night and all of the amazing things we did.

"good morning Calliope" Arizona almost whispered, hearing her say my name like that sent shivers down my spine, I always hated the name unless it was Arizona who was speaking.

"good morning Zona, how did you sleep" I asked jokingly "Callie me and you both know not one of us got much sleep" she said as she leaned into my face putting our foreheads together

"I know babe, I have pre rounds so sadly I must get up" I said.

"okay cal I'll go make you some coffee and you can get in the shower" she pecked my lips and got up to go get my coffee.

// at the hospital//

"big trauma everyone, I need everybody all hands on deck!!" Chief hunt screamed through the hallways.

I got up from where I was sitting and ran towards the ambulance.

there was a 4 year old boy with major crush injuries so that means it would be a peds-ortho case

"Page Torres, Robbins, and Karev" yellow Owen.

"right here chief" I ran up behind him.

"Torres. This is going to be a difficult case for as the boy is only 4 so please take the most time in making decisions" he said with a tint of sadness.

" I know chief I will"

// in the OR//

"Okay everybody his left leg has sustained so much damage the only option to save his life is to amputate" I say it cautiously knowing a certain someone will speak up.

"Callie no" Arizona's small voice speaks up from the end of the table 

"Arizona I know this is difficult but I want to save the boys life"

"callie" Arizona says in an angry tone "I am not going to let you ruin this boy's life. This will ruin him you will not do this procedure Callie I mean it"

"Get out" I say in a flat tone

Everyone in the room looks up shocked

"W-What" Arizona stutters

"Arizona get the hell out of my OR now!!, you are not needed and throwing me off"

"you know what. Screw you Callie"

with that she slams the door and scrubs out.

//after surgery//

the second I get out I head to an on call room. That was a 13 hour surgery and I am exhausted. I have barely gotten into bed when Arizona whips open the door

"did you do it Callie" Arizona says tears in her eyes

"Arizona I'm sorry there was no other-" she cuts me off.

"Callie you could have tried. Like you could have for me, but you didn't this young sweet innocent boy is going to have such a horrible life now! And it's all because of you. You did the same thing to him as you did to me calliope and I can't believe you did. I thought I was over the leg Callie but im
not and I don't know If I ever will be"

"Arizona we were fine W- we are fine Arizona"

"No Callie I'm not going to let you manipulate me into staying again. I just need to think okay goodbye Callie"

And with that she slammed the door and left. I can't believe that happened. I could be loosing her again, I rolled into a ball in the small bed and cried, it only stopped when I heard the door open I looked up and saw blond curls. But intend of them being Arizona's they were curls I thought I would never see again

Erica Hahn.

"Callie" she breathed

"Erica what are you doing here"

" I was called into a case but the surgery just finished. I'm staying the night because I'm so exhausted and want to check up tomorrow"

As I stood there looking at her all of the memories flooded back and I suddenly remembered everything and it makes me feel some sort of weird feeling

"Callie I'm sorry for everything, I know it's so late and you would never forgive me but I don't know what I was doing and seeing you now makes me remember everything we did and I just Im sorry Callie"

"Erica I'm married"

"So I've heard"

I got up and had a good look at her, my first female love. I thought about what she said but my thoughts were cut short by her lips attaching to mine

I pulled away and her eyes filled with sadness and fear

"Callie I'm so s-" she began but I pressed my lips back against hers and kissed her deeper then I ever had

I had no idea what I was doing. I was married. I love Arizona, but at that moment all I could think about was Erica on me and I knew I had to get her out of those clothes

I pulled off her shirt and pushed her onto the bed and climbed on top she pulled off my shirt as I undid her pants and I kissed her again

as I had just started the door clicked open and my heart dropped as I heard her voice

"Calliope I'm so sor-"

I turned around and looked at the scene. Me having sex with another women and Arizona's beautiful blue eyes filled with tears.

I jumped off and put my scrub top on a and walked towards Arizona

" how could you Callie. HOW COULD YOU. She screamed and broke down. She got up and ran off into another room and i heard sobbing"

"Call-" Erica started

"I'm sorry Erica but I can't"

I ran off after my beautiful wife knowing I had just done the most horrible thing.
