After the pirate ship fiasco, I decided to get down.

Remember when I said I wouldn't go on high places anymore? Well, here we are now.

I packed everything up.
There was a knock at the cabin door. No one was in my cabin. I open the door to find Miguel looking uncomfortable.

I quickly pull him inside. "What the hell is your problem!? Don't you know you could get caught!?"

He raised his hands in defense. "Calm down dimples. I just wanted to see you one last time."

I roll my eyes. He's such a Romeo. "You do realize we're all going to Olympia before we leave, right?"

He shrugs. "Don't care." He leans in closer.

I grow uncomfortable. "Uh, Miguel, not now." I push him away.

He smiled. "I know, I'm sorry.."

He backed away and opened the door. "I'll see you later." He waves.

[in the bus]

It was loud.

I wanted to sleep and all these girls were being annoying.
Maria Sosa covered her ears. "I just want to sleep already!"

We had to tell over the noise. I nod.
After four horrible hours, we finally made it back to Houston. Thank god.

I quickly spotted my family.
I got into the front seat of the car.

I buckled my seatbelt.
Something caught my eye.

Jorge introduced his parents to Maria Z.
What?

I thought they broke up.

Turns out, they didn't.
