My name is Faelyn Westbrook or Fae for short. My dad died when I was 6 so I never really knew him that well. My mom died 2 years ago when I was 17. Which if you can count means that I'm 19 right now. I live in Tokyo Japan a few blocks away from my stepdad in a small apartment. My stepdad and I are pretty close because he's been in my life since I was about 6 years old. Oh and I didn't mention that I have a cat named Luna. She's a black cat with a crescent moon shaped white patch on her head, which is why I chose Luna as her name. (Remember that it's important for later in the book.) Anyway enough about my cat.
