It was a stormy day. The little girl hid under her covers. Her mummy and daddy weren't home, in fact, she was alone. The house was dead silent apart from the frequent rumbles of the clouds. Flashes would light up the girl's room and she would squeal. It hurt her to be alone. She wanted anything other than THE QUIET of her house. The rain started to pelt her window as the wind changed directions. Her room was filled with the sounds of a spring thunderstorm. The girl let out another scream and dashed from underneath her covers into the kitchen where the house phone was placed on the table. The little girl was crying. She had pressed the buttons on the phone that had brought up her mother in the call. Her mummy was at work, though when she had heard the sniffle from the other line, she had automatically taken the rest of the day off to comfort her daughter. The girl started to feel at EASE when she was finally in the embrace of her mother.

The little girl wasn't too little anymore. She had grown into a young woman fresh out of high school. She had a boyfriend as well. There were quite a few WILD moments between them, but they'd never really gone too far. Their neighbourhood was a sad one, some would say it was THE BLUE NEIGHBOURHOOD. She needed to get out of there, which she did. Her boyfriend joined her in finding a new apartment near the college she had applied for and got into.

It wasn't that long after they moved in, that an accident after. She was in as many tears as she had been during that storm all those years ago. A drunk driver had crashed into her boyfriend, and honestly, she just wanted to sleep next to him one last time. He was some one that could calm her, someone who could TALK (ME) her DOWN. She held his hand for the last time, she was so close to him for that last time, before he was taken to the cemetery for burial. Her home was safe and sound, but it wasn't at the same time.

She wanted to leave the apartment. It hurt her to be there, she felt like such a FOOL(S) to be with him. He died. She grieved and grieved over him. She moved into a college dorm and tried to move on. But there was a word repeating in her head. "Fools, fools, fools." She couldn't stop it. It dragged her down in her grades and felt like it was her fault. She shouldn't have sent him for groceries that day. He wouldn't have died. She wondered if he was up there, in HEAVEN. She wondered if she could be there too, without actually dying. Could she do it. Maybe if she changed? But did she want to? Not really. So did she really want to try to be there? It was hard for her. She counted to fifteen. Then she took a deep breath. And started on the work she missed in the many days she was grieving. She needed to get caught up, and that was the truth.

The young woman graduated out of college. She was still in her YOUTHful years. Out late at a bar, she met a really pretty girl her age. They had started talking. They found out so much about each other. After a few weeks from that meeting, they had gone out on their first date. The photo booth lights flashed as it took a picture of the two. The woman still remembered her old boyfriend, but she had to move on.

~~~~~~~~
It had been a few months of dating and the woman and her girl friend moved in together. The woman's girlfriend started to get aggressive in the way they were intimate, she would start BIT(E)ing her. It hurt the woman a bit, but she figured it was just something new for her. Though after awhile the aggressiveness came through in their normal lives.
She had confronted her girlfriend about this and requested they saw a councillor. The two made the agreement. All the woman needed was her. Money didn't matter.
It was all for (him.) her
The bruises were still there, like a purple you'd make out of red and blue paint.
Life was a little harder after that. The two wouldn't stop arguing after that first meeting with the councillor. It made her as BLUE as that neighbourhood she moved from. The two eventually broke up, and honestly, the woman was lost. She decided to take a vacation off work, but when was the question.
~~~~~~~~~

She had been packed two days before. Her vacation was going over a weekend where she didn't have work then used a few vacation days.

She had discovered a small group of friends that would talk with her when they would be at the beach. Honestly though, it was kind of a mask. She was trying to be like her ex girlfriend, because she was the COOL one.

Her phone rang. It was her ex. She said that she wanted to say sorry. She was just a LOST (BOY) girl that wasn't really ready to be found. She wanted to try again. They both were young, they could do it. The woman reluctantly agreed, but obviously told her that she was currently on her vacation and that they would talk after she returned.

~~~~~~~~
It was another argument when they met up. She quit at this game of so-called love. It never worked in her favour so he just decided her motto would be "DON'T KEEP LOVE AROUND" (DKLA)
Now her problem was what she was going to do with that motto. She decided to focus on work. She had moved into a small house, in which she had gotten pets to accompany her. It was lonely.
All of her friend were in a happy relationship and her? She really just had nothing. She started on debating if she was worth it. She lived in a SUBURB(IA) of Los Angeles and was really started to regret her choices. She wanted to let go of her life but at the same time she didn't. Nothing really ever changed in her area. The old motherly woman made amazing food and sweets. She would hold bake sales every weekend at her house. It was the norm.
She debated on things for such a long time. She found out that she was just scared of love. She spread hers around, but all it did was hurt her. This world was TOO GOOD to be hers in which was her final decision before everything around her went black.
