I've been living with Zak for about 4 months now, it's October now.
I woke up and got dressed. I walked out into the living room and Zak was putting out a bunch of black and orage, scary stuff.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Decorating." He replied.
"Why? What for?" I asked, dumbfounded as to why he would be decorating.
"For halloween, silly." He walked over to me.
"Halloween, what's that?"
"It's a holiday to celebrate all things scary and creepy. " He replied.
"So it's just because?"
"I'm sure there's some meaning behind it, i just don't know what it is." He dug a pumpkin out of a box and set it on the kitchen counter, "All done." He sighed, sitting on the couch.
"Tell me more about halloween." I begged, sitting next to him.
"Ok, well before the zombies and Woodbury, halloween was when you could dress up in a costume and get candy if you were a kid and give candy if you were an adult. " He explained
"That sounds fun!" I cried.
"Yeah! It is, we can't really get costumes." He said, hanging his head.
"Aww!"
"Not unless you want to throw a shit sheet over yourself, cut some eye holes into it and be a ghost." He suggested.
"Is that all we can do? Because Halloween sounds really cool."
"I can probaly do that." He smiled.
"Thank you so much!" I hugged him and he hugged me back. He kissed the top of my head again, giving me that really special feeling once again.
