Why does no one care??.........
People see my abuse and turn to look away, sometimes I even wonder if I'm going to survive another day........
My father beats me senseless my mother does not care.
Sometimes I stop to wonder why no ones ever there.
How does no one notice the bruises and the scars, the shouting and the screaming that can be heard by on coming cars.
And when my father is hitting me with my mothers on going stares...
I feel great pain, you may think you understand the pain I feel,
But its not the beating that causes my pain...
But in fact its just the opposite, I'm a completely empty shell, the beating does not hurt me, the names or the slaps.
No one ever cared, they never spoke a word. but there's no need to threat I'll be gone soon enough. no more pain to endure no more suffering or shame...
I think it will be like going home again...
So every time I'm beaten, I wish for life to end for the light at the end of the tunnel which will heal what will never mend......
