Chapter 7:

Green as far as the eye could see. I hissed slightly at the burning feeling coming from my skin that seemed to be because of the sun.

The grand stair case that lead to the ground looked to be made out of a beautiful marble; the Spanish bricks that made up the driveway was exquisite.

I shielded my hand in front of my face, the sun making my face suddenly feel as if it was in front of a fire.

I must be sick or something I'm using big words to explain the architect and I feel like I'm in the suns atmosphere.

I smiled to myself, thinking about how easy this all seemed.

"TO NARNIA!" I yelled quite loudly, charging down the stairs to start my self down the enormously long driveway.

I started in a full out sprint but I found out soon enough that that wasn't gonna get me very far.

I slowed to a jog and then a walk seeing how it wouldn't be good if I got to the gate tired because more or less I'd need to hop it.

"I'm gonna die!" I yelled in exaggeration after a while, falling to my knees on the hot ground. I fell face first into the ground, biting my tongue on the way down.

I'm going to die. I'm going to die without seeing my sister, die kidnapped by damn vampires, and die without seeing Derek, Dean, or Scaven! Wow this day just got better.

"Don't new vampires ever get taught about the out doors any more? Dear god!" I looked up to a boy who looked to be in his early twenties, with bright beach blond hair and tanned skin. His clothes were all white as if he was a damned angel himself, except for the black sun glasses that covered his eyes.

I looked eye level with his shoes, bright white flip flops?!

"Your just gonna end up killing your self with all the black. I mean, black may look good in the home, but it won't due in the sun light! You'll die out here."

Hmmmm that's exactly what I was thinking!

"Sarcastic as ever aren't you Haven? My my has Vampire Land missed their dear princess!" The boy said, obviously reading my thoughts.

With all the strength I could muster up, I swung my self around, kicking him in the legs.

He fell to the ground, landing on his hands.

"Violent too." He said with a slight chuckle, hoisting himself up.

He offered a hand to me as I sat crossed legged on the ground, looking suspiciously up at him.

"I don't know where your hands been!" I cried out, jumping up and away.

He gave me a disgusted look.

"Good god Haven don't you even remember me? We were best friends before your- Uh hum, untimely death."

I looked at him weird before turning on my heel and down the driveway once again to the gate.

"Where ya going?" A voice suddenly popped up next to me.

I looked to Blondie, who currently was walking next to me with his hands in his pockets.

"Go away." I said, speeding up my pace.

"Now why would I want to do that?"

"Because your slowly getting on my nerves."

"Am not. I just wanna make sure your not running away like you did all those years ago."

"I never ran away what in the world are you talking about?"
