Chapter Seven

Anyway I was wondering for so long as who should play Estelle, then it snapped to me... Jennifer Lawrence is my favorite actress of all times so why not make her play Estelle!!

Okay so I skipped my meeting with Ian, how am I going to find him again now! All because Miss Manty wanted to talk to me about the visions that I’ve been having, I’ve been having them for almost a weak now I don’t see how few more hours will turn the world up side down!

We entered an empty office, I sat on a chair and stretched my legs on the table in front of me, Miss Manty glared at my sitting position, I don’t care if she wants me to be here so bad then she have to deal with my attitude!

She sat on the chair behind the desk.

“You know since I am a history teacher, I know that some vampires through our history received visions similar to yours, and none of them ended in a good way” She said with a sad tone, among all the teachers here she was the one that best fits a motherly figure, I kind of like her, but right now I was supposed to be somewhere else.

“Well it’s been a couple of days since I had my last vision so I think I’m okay” I gave her a couple of my bored blinks that showed no interest in what she’s saying.

“It is believed that vampires after they die, they go to the other world that is private for mythical creatures only” I faked a yawn as she spoke, that woman is not going to give up easily. “Unlike gifted vampires in this academy, some vampires are gifted after their death”

She definitely got my attention now; I straightened my sitting position, “What do you mean? Some vampire from the other side is using his powers against me?” I shuddered at the idea feeling stalked by some vampire slash ghost slash freak. “So how do I stop the visions?”

She opened her mouth to respond, but then hesitated and closed it again shaking her head from the idea that occurred to her, a very sad look wore her face, okay I’m going to freak out now!

She got up from her chair and headed to a bookshelf. She began scanning books until she settled for one and pulled it out, it was a gold covered book with beautiful carvings on it, reminded me of the books in the 12th century or so, it also had dust on top of it, like someone haven’t flipped through it for ages.

She sat on the chair in front of me and placed the book on the table that was between of us.

“I can’t tell you the truth, it just won’t come out from my mouth because I really want to believe that those stories are not always true” she patted my shoulder with a sad smile on her face, she marked a part of the book under the name of supernatural creatures, then she opened the door  inviting me for dismissal.

I grabbed the book and stood up ready to leave, I hesitated for a minute, five minutes ago I was eager to leave for the meeting, but now I don’t know I just want to know about what’s in that book, but then I decided that I have what’s left of my life – which might be infinity—to know what’s in that book, but Ian is not going to wait for me, and I don’t know if I can contact him again.

I tossed the book on my bed, where I and Leo fooled around a couple of hours ago, which reminded me how mad I was at him for the way he reacted to our little incident earlier, he really needs to man up, or in this case to vampire up!

I ran to the restaurant where I was supposed to meet Ian, it only took me a minute due to my vampire speed.

I saw him sitting on a table at the corner of the restaurant away from people. His eyes gazing around he looked really bored from waiting, can I blame him?!

As his eyes locked on mine he smiled then stood up to greet me like a gentleman. He offered me a chair and I sat on it, then he ordered the waiter for two glasses of wine.

“I’m so sorry I’m late” I apologized quickly, “ugh my teacher just wouldn’t let me go—“

“It’s okay, what matters is that you’re here now” he interrupted me with the cutest smile on his face. Wait, why did I find it cute?

“So… uhm I’m really bad at small talks” I grinned at him, I can’t have a small talk with someone because the subject will always sound silly, like ‘how is the weather?’ ‘How old are you?’ I’m not interested so why bother and ask?!

“I hate those too, so let’s cut the chase and get into the subject directly”

I tilted my head to my side a little. I don’t know why, but I was finding him attractive.

“So about Alice and Logan” I started, here goes nothing, “I don’t know how to say this without sounding so lunatic, but—“

“What are you doing here?” a voice that belonged to none other than Leo interrupted me. I slowly turned around from my chair to find him standing there his arms crossed on his chest, and he was with that new student, the mamma's boy, what was his name? Robert or something.

“No… the question is what are you doing here?… with that dude” I eyed Robert in disgust, I have no idea why I was being mean, well it’s just who I am.

“We’re on a date” Leo said with a smirk that was supposed to make me jealous, well it worked.

“What!” I shrieked at him, “Are you gay now or something?”

“Is it any of your business?” he said as he left with the new guy and sat on a table that was near us. If he wanted to make me feel jealous then why not doing so with a girl for god sake! Did he really have to turn bi to make me jealous! That boy is wrong in the head!
