Naoki moved gracefully towards the door of the local library and pushed it open. She happily walked to the scientific bookshelves and chose the book she was looking for.
"Botanology" she whispered excitedly. She sat on a table oblivious about her surroundings and began studying. She was so enrolled in the book that she almost didn't feel the tap on her shoulder.
Almost.

"Shintaro-kun!" She smiled.
"Hello, nanodayo."
"Are you always these hours in the library?"
"Yes."
"Ah, me too. What are you studying?"
"Anatomy." His emerald eyes wandered to her own book. "Botanology? Are you interested in it?"
"Yes, very much!" Then she noticed something.
"What is the book you are hiding in your jacket, Shintaro-kun?"
Midorima blushed a deep red.
"N-Nothing! Na-Nanodayo!"
"Yeah right!" She whispered and climbed in his tall body.
"SHHH!!!" They heard some complaints.
Midorima sighed. "See what you 've done, nano..." He didn't have the book anymore. Naoki had already opened it and was reading the first page.
"N-Naoki!"
"Silence, Shin-chan. Its an astrology book. I have already told ya i like these stuff. Why hiding it? Not gonna make fun of you or something..." she muttered while reading.
"A-Alright let's read it... i guess, nanodayo". He took the book from her so quickly, Naoki thought it would be ripped in half.
" Nee.. What does it say about Virgos?"
"Virgos are analytical, observant, helpful, pure and independent, nanodayo" he read. "They are also sceptical, fussy and interfere in everything. Sounds like you, nanodayo".
"H-Hey!"
"They are connected with the planet Mercury, the closest one to the sun. Emerald is also your lucky stone."
"Ah, that does not really help."
"Why?"
"So what if Mercury is my planet and emerald my stone?"
"For Mercury, i don't know. But it is not hard to think of purchasing jewellry with emerald, don't be an idiot, nanodayo".
"Don't be mean, NANODAYO."
"Stop mocking my phrase, nano-"
"-dayo"
"Hmph."
"I'll read for Cancers. Well , they are loyal, adaptable, responsible and caring" she continued " they also tend to be moody, oversensitive and arrogant. Yup, its you."
"You are not funny, nanodayo"
"Also your planet is the moon, and your stone is the pearl."
They continued reading their books annoyed.
Anatomy.
Botanology.
Each one, alone, yet next to each other.

It had gone already dark outside. They should be leaving anytime. Naoki noticed this, and getting the book back to it's shelf, she glanced at Midorima. She had spoken harshly to him and had ignored him for the rest of the evening. Not that he had talked to her.
When Midorima saw her staring at him, he quickly turned around. He was too proud to show his blush of catching her staring at him.
But Naoki saw him turning around angrily, and supposed he was still pissed.
'Enough already' she said to herself.
She sprinted outside, but when she opened the door, she froze. It was raining way too much for her to walk to her house, and she did not have an umbrella. 'Shintaro's lucky item was a black-and-white umbrella' she suddenly remembered. But no, she was too proud. And, after all, his house was the opposite way, he is too ignorant to walk a girl home.
She angrily stepped outside. Immediately, she felt the icy raindrops soak her raven hair, pierce her white skin, dampen her dry clothes. After a few seconds, she was soaked to the bone. Such a heavy rain.
Midorima was approaching the exit, when he heard the heavy rain. He opened the door.
"Gosh, what a heavy rain, nanodayo" he muttered. "Thank god my lucky item was an umbrell..."
'Naoki'
She did not have an umbrella and still did not wait for him. "What a stubborn girl" he thought. He quickly opened his umbrella and run with all his might. She should be soaked till now. As he run, he saw a small figure shivering from the cold, yet with steady quick steps was desperately trying to ignore the weather.
"Bad luck" Midorima said and Naoki turned around. "Hah?"
"Take this, baka." He covered her with the umbrella and threw at her his warm, soft, snuggly and DRY jacket.
"Wear it to lessen the possibility of catching a cold or a fever."
Naoki was startled. There she was, warm in his jacket, dry under his umbrella, blushing under his gaze.
"A-Arigato Shintaro-kun! Gomenasai... for the trouble and the bickering"
"Apology accepted nanodayo. The book was right, Virgos are truly stubborn".
She let out a giggle 'And Cancers are truly protective' she thought.
"I guess." Then they started to walk, and she noticed they were walking towards her house. "Shintaro-kun, are you walking me home?"
Midorima lowered his head to cover his blush with his bangs. "It cannot be helped, you d-do not have an umbrella. N-Not that I care or anything, baka."
Naoki however was shorter than him and could clearly see the blush, she could clearly hear his nervous stuttering.
'Oh well, a tall, muscular guy, a basketball beast is the biggest tsundere I've seen.' She smiled.
They finally reached her house.
"Shintaro-kun" she looked at him.
"We have chicken soup. Do you want to get in and have dinner?"
"No, its fine nanodayo. Goodnight"
"Then, goodnight Shintaro-kun" she quickly and lightly kissed his cheek mumbling an "arigato" and jogged inside her house.

Midorima had never blushed more in his life.
