I sat on the sofa laughing to myself. I was in shock. It's been so long, too long.

"We need to go somewhere tomorrow," I said urgently.

"Where? Elmm, what are you talking about?" Angie asked. They only heard half of the conversation, so they must be confused.

"Children's Hospital," I replied instantly. "He's letting me see her!"

"What are you talking about? Who?" Angie looked at me with concerned eyes.

I got up from the sofa, and ran my fingers through my hair. I can't tell them. Angie would kill me! But then I can't see her. I need to see her.

Taking a deep breath I turned to Angie. Looking into her eyes I said, "My daughter."

Angelina's POV:

I looked at Elmm's pleading eyes. I was shocked. How could this happen? Why did this happen. No, she's lying.

"Your what?" I asked, still in shock.

"My daughter," Elmm replied hesitantly. "Her name is Abbie."

"No." I whispered in disbelief.

"Angie, I'm sorry but-"

"No! You can't have a daughter! Your too young!"

"You had me at a young age!"

"You're 16! I was 25! Why isn't she even with you?"

Elmm looked away in shame. She stared at the floor sighing. Hesitantly, she looked back at me with tears in her eyes.

"Because he took her from me," she whispered. "Bryan, the guy I was with yesterday, said I was mentally unstable. He got his dad to lock her up in a children's mental ward to keep her away from me."

"W-why would he do that?" I asked in a shaky breath.

"Because I said no to him," she replied with a weak smile.

I took a deep breath, and looked at Brad. He looked just as shocked as I am.

"Please," Elmm breathed. "Just let me see her."

I continued to look at my love for advice. He was deep in thought, but finally looked back at me. He nodded his head.

"Alright," I agreed. "We'll go see her."

Elmm smiled and jumped on me. She gave me a warm hug, thanking me a thousand times. I chuckled to myself and hugged her back. Her warmth and happiness engulfed me. I'm not happy with the news, but I can tell this child must make her happy.

We stayed in each others embrace for at least 5 minutes until she let go of me. She looked into my eyes and smiled.

"Thankyou," she breathed. She giggled to herself and ran over to Brad, giving him a hug as well. He hugged her back and gave me a surprised look over her shoulder. I just shrugged, and watched Elmm go up to her room with a smile still on her face.

Well, at least she's happy.
