Chapter 24

Chresanto P.O.V

I haven't felt those perfect lips in forever. I took my hand and let it feel down her back. I don't want this moment to end. Then she pulled away.

"Thank you so much for saving me." Amaya said.

"No need to thank me. I will do anything for the ones I love." I said. "And I love you." I said.

"Um, I need to go. There some things I need to clean up in my life, but I'll talk to you later." Amaya said.

"Ok, well I'll just get him somewhere so that when he wakes up he will be away from you." I said. Then she ran upstairs. I hope she comes back to me.

Amaya P.O.V

I decided that I'm going to make things right with Kaitlyn. When I got to her house she opened the door with a look of disgust.


"What do you want?" Kaitlyn asked.

"To be friends again." I said hoping she would say yes right off the bat.

"Oh really? Good thing I don't care. You think everything is just gonna be fine whenever your ready? Everything isn't going to go how you want it. The earth doesn't revolve around you." Kaitlyn said. Every last word was true so it didn't even bother me that she was telling me off.

"It's ok. I totally understand, whenever your ready just call me ok?" I said and turned around and got back in my car to go home. I'm just going to go home and lay down. When I got home there was a note on my kitchen counter. The note read:
Don't think you can get away that easy baby. I can make your life a living hell. - Travis

What have i gotten myself into.

I called Chres and told him to come over quick. Right when I hung up the phone he came barging in.

"What's going on!?" Chresanto yelled. Then I handed him the note. Chres got really mad then his facial expression changed.

"I swear! He messing with the wrong one! When I fin-" Chresanto said before I cut him off.

"Calm down." I said.

"CALM DOWN ? YOU WANT ME TO CALM DOWN? WHEN PEOPLE AFTER YOU!" Chres screamed out. "I'm sorry for screaming at you. I'm just worried." Then I broke down and starting crying. I can't take it.

"It's gonna be ok baby." Chres said as he picked me up and sat me on the couch then he sat down and cuddled with me.

"It will get better." He said.

Unknown P.O.V

Perfect I got there little picture together now I can show it to Travis and Madison and get out of this city. Those two terrible individuals but together are even worse.

Amaya P.O.V

When I woke up it was 3:00 a.m. and I was cuddled up on the couch with Chres. He was snoring in my ear.

"Aye. Chres. Wake up." I said. He didn't move.

"Wake up" I said again. He still kept snoring. So I got up and went to the kitchen and got a wooden spoon and a pot. I've always wanted to try this on someone. I walked up to his ear and started banging them together.

"AHHH" Chres yelled and jumped up. I bursted out into laughter.

"What time is it?" Chres asked.

"3:00 a.m. and we have school tomorrow so go home." I said.

"Ok, see you tomorrow." Chres said and walked out the door. Then I walked upstairs, got in my bed and went to sleep.

7:00 a.m.

I woke up not wanting to go to school. I got up and slowly got ready an hour later I got in my car to go to school. When I walked into school everybody just stared at me and whispered to their friends. I wonder why? When I got to my locker and opened it all these pictures fell out. They were pictures of Chres and I cuddling on the couch at my house. They were captioned "cheaters never prosper". Somebody took a picture of us together and now they're saying I'm cheating on Travis. Down the hallway I see a crowd of people circling around yelling fight! I ran over there to see Kaitlyn fighting with two of Madison's groupies. I ran into the middle and punch one of them in the nose then slapped her to the ground. I grabbed the girl Kaitlyn was fighting and let Kaitlyn punch her a couple times. Then I grabbed Kaitlyn and walked down the hallway into the restroom with her.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"They were talking about you. They called you a dirty slut so then I punched her dead in her face then the other one jumped in." Kaitlyn said.

"So you fought for me?" I asked.

"Why wouldn't I fight for my bestfriend?" Kaitlyn asked. Then we hugged.

Getting my friend back. Check

But, I'm not done yet.
