Nico was pissed! How could he? How could Jason tell Percy without him knowing about it first? Nico knew that Jason didn't want to hurt him, he just wanted that off his shoulders. The crush for Sea Smell.
Nico also knew Percy would never like him back so Nico had to do something. Something to forget the pain. But, Nico would never cut again, he promised Jason he wouldn't. So the next best thing was to punch the wall.
Punching walls was something Nico could handle. Nico was going to do one last punch when someone grabbed his hand and turned Nico around and pinned him. Nico stared up in shock at the boy over him.
The boy who made his heart speed up.
"P-percy?" Percy grinned and nodded his head.
"Now, a little birdie told me this really cute guy likes me," Nico blushed softy. "And then I go looking for the cute guy and see him punching the walls. Why?"
Nico didn't know what to say, he always wanted attention like this from Percy, wanted Percy to hold him.
"J-jason told you about me liking you, right?" Nico mumbled and looked down, the blush on his cheeks going darker.
"Yeah, he told me. Why didn't you tell me?" Nico sighed and looked up at the boy he's loved since he met him.
"Because your Percy. You used to have a beautiful girl, you have friends, you have a beautiful baby sister."
"Yeah, but I don't have you." Nico's eyes widened, his heart beating fast, and the blood rush to his cheeks.
"What?" Percy chuckled and leaned in, whispering in his ear.
"I love you." Nico smiled like a goofball.
"Your joking?" Percy shook his head and kissed Nico softly.
"I don't joke about my heart, Di Angelo. Now, how about I take my boyfriend out?" Nico grinned and nodded his head.
"I'd love to." Percy smiled and grabbed Nico's hand pulling him to McDonald's.
