Chapter 1: The Move

"Hey can you grab that last box over there?" Trinaty asked her good friend Ray. Trinaty was a tall brunette who lived in Iowa with her mother, she was a Junior and highschool and had a strong job as a local babysitter in her area. Ray was just her guy bestfriend that was hanging out helping her pack her boxes in the car for the long ride to Florida because Trinaty has to move with her dad due to her mother and stepdad going to Cuba for awhile.

Ray grabbed a big brown box that had "old photos" printed across the top in black sharpie ink and placed it in Trinatys mother grey Chevy. Mr. Bestfriend Ray has had a HUGE crush on Trinaty for about 6 years ever sense they met at a 6th grade field trip right before Ray moved to Iowa, Ray tried to impress Trinaty so much but has failed like every other guy. Trinaty has never had a boyfriend.

Last box was packed in the car. Small tear fell down Trinatys face, the thought of moving away from her home just was to sad to hold in. "It will be okay, it's gonna turn out fun you'll see." Ray said trying to smooth her bringing her into a hug. Trinaty wiped her tears and hugged him back saying her last goodbye. "Remember to FaceTime me like everyday and text me often or else I'm moving back and cutting you." Trinaty chuckled. Ray held his hands up "please don't cut me I promise I'll text you, and if any guy touches you just tell me and I'll run my fat ass all the way to Florida to slay a bitch." Ray said in a girly voice. Trinaty gave him a playful punch and rolled her eyes getting in the car. She sat in the front seat in complete silence as her mom started to drive to the airport. "What's buggin ya child ?" Her mom said nudging her. "Well, let me give you a hint that I bet you'll NEVER guess. I'm MOVING AWAY again." Trinaty exclaimed in a grunt. "Listen Hun, it's not like you're moving and you won't know anyone. You have your dad, your other aunts and uncles and cousins, it won't be terrible. Put a smile on your beautiful face and be happy, I'll be visiting before you know it." Her mom said holding her hand, Trinatu just smiled and held it as well. Thinking about Ray and all her other friends.

Once they reached the Kirkland Airport Trinaty just sat there getting out her passport and looking at all the planes in the back. "Alright, I love you so so so much. Please keep me updated and call me often, tell me how your dad is doing and your new school and everything okay?" Her mom said kissing Trinaty on the forehead "I love you too. And I will I promise" Trinaty said smiling and getting out. Trinaty remembered that all her boxes will be transferred tomorrow so she just had a bag. She started walking and felt her stomach turn because she was so nervous, she brushed it off and went inside handing the lady her passport. The lady was standing by a door that had 'Florida' bolded white over the metal door that was opened up leading to the plane. Trinaty got everything checked and was ok to get on and head off.

Trinaty sat down by the window so that she didn't have to worry about kids running in the aisle and bugging the absolute fuck out of her. She took a couple deep breaths and put in her headphones as the song "Monster" by lady Gaga came on she felt calmer for some reason. "Ok." Trinaty sighed a little while after. And the plane was off to Florida.
