"Lydia!"
The painful and in sync screams waved down every hallway of the hospital. To the supernaturals of Beacon Hills it echoed around them as well, no matter where they were in the town. The scream from the strawberry blonde was a scream of terror whereas the blonde's scream of the other girls name was in worry. Every person in the hospital seemed to stop and stare to where they thought it was coming from.
A few people ran into Lydia's bathroom, recognising her scream from a mile away. Stiles and Derek on the other hand burst into Brianna's room. They stared at the blonde who was finally awake. It had been two months since they lost saw her chocolate brown eyes. They were starting to get worried that she'd never wake up. After all, Lydia had pretty much fully recovered yet Brianna wasn't even awake.
Unknown to the doctors who were baffled by her state, Brianna was in a coma of sorts. After a month had passed Brianna had named it a supernatural coma. She could hear everything in the room ever since she fell outside the Hale house. It got kind of frustrating that she could never reply to anybody. But if she strained hard enough she got to experience and out-of-body experience which, in her eyes, was really cool. Brianna knew that everybody she cares about had come to see her at least once a week which, unknown to them, kept her alive.
Derek and Stiles stood at the door of Brianna's hospital room. She was sat up right and seemed out of breath. Her eyes were transfixed on the white sheets covering her body until she finally looked up. There was no time wasted as her tear filled eyes found their way to the two boys. Brianna thought desperately for something to say to them but she was too focused on what she'd seen.
Lydia was in the shower. It seemed like a normal shower until the water began turning a disgusting black colour. But the strawberry blonde seemed oblivious to the black liquid filling the bath tub. Suddenly a loud bang turns her attention to the water. Once she noticed it she tried to pull up the clog but instead pulls up thick blonde hair, that resembled Brianna's, and begins to panic. While she was panicking a burned arm rose up from out of the water causing Lydia to scream.
While she was screaming Brianna could hear the muffled sound of somebody saying 'you're next'. This scared her and with all of the effort she could she screamed Lydia's name in hope that she'd hear her and stay in the hospital. Brianna needed to keep Lydia safe.
"Is she okay?" Brianna finally spoke up. Her voice sounded croaky but that was because she hadn't spoke for two months. "Is Lydia okay?"
Derek and Stiles shared worried looks. A whisper ordered Stiles to go check on the other girl and with a sad look that's what he did. The supernatural shared concerned glances before Derek began to edge into the room. He sat on the chair that he'd spent most of his time sat in since she was admitted into the hospital.
Brianna's eyes filled with tears once again. "Derek, what's happening to me?" She questioned before bursting into tears.
"I don't know," he whispered soothingly as he pulled her into a hug. "I don't know."
***
After hours of screaming and yelling in protest of getting in the shower the doctors of Beacon Hills finally persuaded Brianna to get into the bathroom. Since the vision Brianna had been very wary about her actions and jumped at the slightest of sounds. The paranoia had gotten worse since Stiles and Derek had left.
Brianna knew that the reason Lydia was missing is because she saw something in the water while she was showing. What if that happened to me? That was Brianna's reasoning for getting extremely aggravated about getting in the shower. Any other day Brianna would've been fine getting in but not today. She wasn't exactly digging the idea of a hand coming out of black water, if she was honest.
