Chapter 3

As I got out of the car, I got the mail and went into the house.

"Is this all the mail?" my mom asked.

I just nodded my head and my mom handed me an envelope.  I looked at the front and it was addressed to me. I opened the envelope and read the letter, it said, "Your application, to University of Queensland has been accepted and you have recieved a 2 year scholarship.  You will have to be coming in, on September 13, to start your school year off. ~Head Principal" But, that's in two days, I thoought to myself.

I kind of danced around the kitchen, my mom didn't look so happy, she wanted me to be a lawyer. But, I'm only 15, I can't go to college now. I have to call Vic.

"You have to take the chance..." Victoria said. I sighed and we had a moment of silence.

"Go and, make sure you get me Michael's number..." she said as she laughed. We had a good conversation, and I finally told her,

"Okay... I'll go..."

She was quiet but she finally said, "Okay and I respect your desicion." We talked for another hour until I had to go to bed.

I woke up the next day to pack my stuff. I hear a knock at my door.

"Hey..." Victoria says.

I smile at her.

"So... you'll be leaving in 6 hours..." She frowned.

"I want to go, but then I don't want to..."

"You have to go..." She gave a reassuring smile.

I nodded my head.

"I'll help you pack." 

As she helped me pack, we were blassting 5 Seconds Of Summer through the house.

We stood at the airport, waiting for my flight to be called. Victoria, my mom, and I were saying our goodbyes, but I told them, that this is a see you later. As my flight was called, I was excited and nervous at the same time.

During the flight  I checked twitter.

@5SOS: "Finally back in Australia!!!!"

They tweeted that 10 hours ago.

I checked the time in Queensland. 7:23 am, It was tomorrow there... wait. does that make any sense?

After landing, I made my way to the hotel and checked in. Right, after that, i made my way to the school. Everything was so beautiful here in Queensland. I talked to the principal and looked at all my classes. Wow,  I'm a 15 year old in college. After taking care of everything at my new school, I went back to the hotel and looked for some houses near the school. It was difficult being on my own. I started school in  3 days, so I have time to get used to the town. But, for now, I'm gonna take a nap.
