Austin is driving home from getting a haircut. On the way, he picked you up from the hair salon. You two are silently sitting at a red light when you turn on the radio. Thrift Shop by Macklemore is playing.

You: "Is it weird that I actually have never been to a thrift shop?"

Austin: "Oh my gosh, what!?"

You: "Haha never been"

Austin: "That's like an american dream! We're gonna go right now"

You: "Now? How about tomorrow?"

Austin: "Nope, you have to go now"

He makes a left turn. Minutes later he pulls into the parking lot of a store called 'Thrift Store'. Austin parks and you two get out.

You: "What am I supposed to buy here?"

Austin: "Whatever catches your attention haha"

Austin grabs your hand as you two walk in.

Some girl: "Hellooo"

You & Austin: "Hi" *smiles*

Austin tells you to go ahead and begin looking while he goes to look too. You see a few shoes and jeans that you like. You grab 3 pairs of shoes and 5 pairs of jeans and shorts. You meet Austin back up at the check out table and he pays.

Austin: "Wait in the car, I'll be out in a while"

You: "Okay"

He kisses your forehead then you head out.

You're not sure why he told you to wait in the car, but you just creep on Twitter while you do. A couple minutes pass by and Austin walks out of the store empty handed. Once he gets in the car you question him.

You: "Did you get anything?"

Austin: "Uhh, not really"

You: "Not really? Uh okay"

Austin: "Do you like the stuff you got?"

You: "Yeah! There was some really cool clothes in there, I was surprised"

Austin: "Now aren't you happy we went?"

You: "Mmm yeah haha I am"

Austin pulls into the car garage of you guys' condo. Before he gets out, he looks over at you.

You: "Haha what?"

Austin: "I love you"

You giggle and reach over to kiss him. He kisses you back.

Austin: "I actually did buy ONE thing"

You: "What'd ya get?"

Austin pulls out a ring. You gasp.

Austin: "I got this for you. Don't freak cause it's from a thrift shop. The lady told me that an older man brung it in this morning and said it was his wife's ring. She had passed away 4 months ago. It's real. Real silver and diamonds. I thought it'd be perfect for you"

You: "I LOVE IT!" *smiles*

Austin takes your right hand and slides the ring on your index finger. You look at the ring sitting perfectly on your finger for a while then tightly hug Austin. He hugs you back then kisses you passionately on the lips.
