Lucie

The day that we would arrive in Prague was coming closer at a rapid pace. Concerts flew by, as well as time spent with the boys. They treated me like a friend and the time spend with them was one of my favourite things.

I almost forgot I was still in someone else's body and when I thought of that, my happy mood would dampen. The realisation that this wouldn't last forever and the boys would most likely forget about me the second I was back in my body sinking in. Or in their own words; 'nothing lasts forever, nothing stays the same'. A sentence of truth, even if I sometimes wished it wasn't.

Such thoughts caused me to end up in my -Luke's- bunk in the tour-bus one night, the lights out and everything dark. The only sound was the hum of the bus, the occasional moving of the others or their soft snores. But I was wide awake.

I was scrolling on Twitter, having changed the account to mine. I had been talking to two of my internet friends, but they had gone to sleep eventually. And I didn't blame them, after all, it was almost 2 A.M. already.

I had thought about telling them what had happened, but I knew it was unbelievable, so I opted out. And I had also thought about asking Lola about Calum -or Carson, but that hadn't happened yet either.

Turning on my side, I pressed the phone to my chest as I heard someone move quite a bit. I didn't want to wake anyone and I had done pretty well so far.

It went quiet, causing me to let out a soft sigh of relief, before I heard feet hit the floor with a soft thud. I held my breath, the phone not moved just yet as I listened to the pair of feet pad off.

Everyone had these nightly bathroom visits every once in a while.

It stayed quiet again, so I went back to scrolling on Twitter, keeping my ears open for the person to come back. But apparently I was so focused on the tweets, I didn't hear them, because soon the curtain of my bunk got pulled back, revealing Michael. In only his boxers may I add.

"Why are you awake?" He asked sleepily, yawning and rubbing at his eyes.

"Couldn't sleep." I mumbled, hopefully not too loud. Michael hummed quietly, before looking at the space that was left in my bunk, crawling in. He pulled the curtain back in place and then threw the blanket over himself, keeping a part up with his arm. "C'me, try again."

I looked at him for a moment, almost coo'ing as he yawned adorably, before giving in. I locked the phone, putting it beneath the pillow before lying down properly.

Michael put the blanket over me as well, watching me shift before I ended up with my back to him. He immediately pressed himself to my back, his one arm around my waist and the other somewhere on the pillow. His face ended up in my neck and everything was just... okay.

In that moment, I felt okay enough to close my eyes again and forget about everything for a while. Sleeping didn't sound so bad and as if my -Luke's, again- body agreed, I let out a yawn.

"Sweet dreams." Michael mumbled. "Lucie."

"Sweet dreams, Michael."

Waking up to hear we had arrived made me a little happy. The last city before Prague. Vienna.

I had heard much about it and have always wanted to go there one day, but I've never really had the chance to. Of course my one internet friend had told me much about it when she went there, as her aunt lives in Austria and she visits here once every few years. But words and pictures never did things much justice until you saw it yourself.

But next to Vienna, there were many other cities I wanted to see as well, maybe even more than this one. A few we visited during the tour so far (Rome, Madrid etc.) and a few a little further away, like New York City or something.
