I ran and ran and ran and ran until my heart literally couldn't take it any more, i had to catch my breath so i knelt down in behind a big bush hoping that they couldn't hear nor see me.
Everyday of my life for the past 18 years i had been invisible to everyone and everything, so why now did god have to pick this exact moment to make me stand out like a sore thumb with my heavy breathing. They must be deaf if they couldn't hear me.
I admit i wasn't very happy in life, even though i had the money and the looks i guess, seeing as i wasn't poor or ugly, but that didn't mean i was going to give up to these horrendous people and let them kill me.
After i had caught my breath i slowly looked up behind the bush to see about 4-5 men around the age 20-25 looking around the car park where i had parked my car. the biggest, most bulkiest out of all them started looking under all the cars, seriously how stupid can he be, no one would be able to fit under there.
My jaguar f pace was just a few meters in front of me, my car was my last hope of getting out of here, unless I waited, god knows how, long for them to give up trying to find me.
i guess i was going with my first option because without even thinking i had started sprinting towards my car.
"guys there's the bitch!" one of them shouted just as i had gotten to my car.
i unlocked the door and quickly climbed in. This was going to be a long ride back home, i thought as i reversed, hitting the bulkiest man as a result.
by the time i had gotten on to the main road my heart rate had started to slow down. i decided to call the only 2 people in the world i could count on, my parents.
"hello, mum, dad, hey.. erm listen ok, i need you guys to be safe ok because people are after us and i think im ok now i think i lost them-"
"darling slow down we cant hear what your're trying to say. are you ok"
"yes mum, now listen to me, get yourself and dad out of there, you need to leave"
"darling whats going on, come back home, we're are not going anywhere without you"
"stop being so fucking stubborn, just listen to me we are all in danger ok, you guys need to get the car and go as far away from here as possible, ill find you soon, please just listen to me-"

"MUM!!! DAD!!!" i shouted after i heard the ear piercing screech on the other side of the line.
i prayed that nothing bad had happened to them.
"we love you darling don't worry about us, look after yourself, just promise me th... that... that you wont come ho..me tonight... ok....."
