Chapter 4| Beachy surprise

A/N: Sounds like bitchy surprise. This may be sad and happy. My heart is screwing with my emotions.

Zane's POV

It's been days since Travis has gone. I couldn't bare to see him, even if I loved him. I hate him, I love him, WHAT IS IT HEART!? WHAT DO YOU CHOOSE!? WHO DO YOU CHOOSE!? Laurence has also been hanging around me, being a normal Casanova that he is.....Except it seems different. It's like he has this thing for me. I feel different when I'm around him, I stutter which I normally NEVER do, not even near......Travis......I despite that name. I feel this emotion that I like. It must be true love.

Today, however, I'm not near him. Aphmau invited EVERYONE, and by everyone I mean everyone, to the beach. She's always trying to make me happy. She doesn't normally talk to me though. I was in my car listening to 'Hymn for the weekend'. Once my mom found out Beyoncé was in this, she nearly died. (3........2........1........HIT IT!)

All the lyrics were about love...Every lyric brought a tear to my eye. Travis was my angel. He was sent from heaven for me. He lit up my world like a lighthouse. Our love affected anyone around us. I miss him, yet I hate him.

I was deep in thought as I reached the place. 'Beach City'. (STEVEN UNIVERSE FUCK YEAH!) I pulled out to the car park as I walked through the boardwalk. There was the big donut, fish stew pizza, a lighthouse and a car wash. I walked to the beach to find everyone having fun, whilst Aaron and Travis sat down clinging to each other. I looked away, wiping my face in the process. What is it heart? What do you need?

After walking to the shoreline, I got jumped on by none other than Mr Casanova himself, Laurence.

"There's my sweet cherry~" He said.
"O-OH GOD L-LAURENCE! YOU SCARED ME!" I shouted
"There's my cute stutter king~"

I blushed at his nicknames. We chuckled and had fun mostly. I hugged him as he hugged back. We were playing volleyball, by we, I mean Katemau (Canon! When Zane walked in on them they were having sex!)me and Laurence, until they lost the ball.

"I'll get it!" I shouted.

I ran to where the ball was only to find my dear son Emerald being held up by the collar by this figure surrounded by other figures, a small boy behind them.

"GARNET! DON'T!" He shouted.

The woman supposedly called 'Garnet' ignored him.

"State your name, business, purpose and authority!" She stated.

My son stayed silent. Poor thing...

"Fine then! Feel defeat!"

Emerald fell to the ground as two other figures appeared behind Garnet. They looked like gems. I looked up for a moment to find a temple of.........Nova? Why is Nova there?

The women had weapons in hand as Adam stood up, taking of his coat. His gem was revealed, except no-one could see because it was on his back. They lunged at him as he put up a shield. They looked confused. He lowered the barrier and healed himself from previous damage. His back glowed green as a massive sword appeared.

He held it high as the boy stepped up, a shield appearing in front of him. Adam stopped in his tracks and got on one knee.

"Rose Quartz, I am at our service. What do you wish of me?" He said. Must be a gem thing.

The other women ran up to him and pulled him up, apologizing about hurting him. They accepted him to go in the temple with them for a talk or something.

What did I just see?

I got the ball and ran back, allowing the game to continue.

~Time skip~

We had fun until it got dark. Everyone got in their cars except Travis and Aaron. Me, being destiny's bitch, had to find them in the moonlight. On the way, I got some donuts from the big donut. I walked to the temple area as I overheard a conversation between them.

"Travis?" Aaron asked
"Y-Yes?" He said in return. I've never hear him stutter before now.
"You make me happy and sad all at one moment. I love you and that is why I want to ask you, will you be my boyfriend?" He asked.
"YES!" He shouted.

My heart shattered as I ran to my car, everyone looking at me weirdly. I started up the car as everyone shouted my name in unison. My car was non-stop ringing which annoyed me, making me crying more (Bluetooth car accesses calls from Bluetooth-connected phone). I was so distracted that my car got somehow shot multiple times, hitting me in my chest many times. I was worried and freaked out. My body glowed as I teleported in the temple interrupting the conversation between the gems. I fainted and my sight went black.

Garnet's POV (Cuz why not?)

All of us were talking with Emerald as this man teleported in. I sensed the power of a gem in his body, that probably being the reason he teleported in. Emerald ran to his body and yelled 'dad' whilst holding his body. Tears dropped down his face as he ran outside, gasping then running back in, still crying.

Travis's POV

I jumped into Aaron's arms as he looked at me. He closed the gap between me and kissed me. I heard a gas and saw Adam there. Oh god! I shrugged it off and continued kissing Aaron. It felt nice, but bad. Why?
