Chapter Seven
Louis
Dishes are piled up high in our kitchen sink and I cringe, opening up the fridge. We really need to wash those. My eyes scan the contents in the fridge. Nothing. We might need to go shopping too. Lottie will be up soon and will probably be hungry, so I need to figure something out before I leave. Eh, Georgie will take care of it.
I look at my phone and check the time. Nine-forty five. Oh my gosh I was supposed to be at there house by ten. I rush to the door, slipping on my shoes and quickly open up the door and running to my car. She would be gone for work if I don't get there soon enough. I've missed her so much.
I pull up in her driveway, slamming the brakes. I hop out of my car in a rush, running to the front door. I knock on the door and its opened almost as quickly as I knocked. I'm pulled in and lips meet mine, not wasting time. Words are neglected and I'm pushed own onto her couch and her hands find its way to my hair and gently tugs.
Our moment quickly ends, because of the sound of Calum's voice. " Hey, mom," He says laughing. " And Louis."
I lean up, trying to fix my tousled hair and laugh awkwardly. " Hey, Kid, " I respond and Katie grabs her purse, looking at me with a small smile.
" Well I have to get going, but you guys have fun, " Katie says, giving Calum a hug and me a peck on the lips.
Silence falls among us when the door closes. I sigh, standing up. Things between me and Calum are always awkward, well I mean he was an awkward kid anyways. Spends his time making collages and playing his trumpet. Has a great sense of humor though.
" Well are ya hungry? Cause if you are I'm gonna order a pizza! " I say, pulling my phone out of my pocket. My screen lights up and Georgie name pop up on the screen. She's calling me. I panic, looking over at Calum. " I'm gonna take this. Please be quite. " I rush outside and accept the call.
" Hey, babe! " Georgie screams into the phone. I wince.
" Hey, baby..." I say in a monotone voice. There a moment of silence before Georgie says something.
" Where are you at? " She ask. I look around, rubbing the back of my neck.
" Umm..I'm at that kid house? You know the one I'm babysitting? " I ask more as a question. I look up hearing gravel being crunched, seeing Katie's car pulling up in the driveway. My eyes widen. What is she doing here?!? She said she was leaving for work.
" Louis? Are you listening to me? " Georgie ask.
" Um, I have to go. I'll see you later. Bye. " I say rushed, right when Katie walks up to the porch, car keys in hand.
" Who were you talking to? " She ask smiling. I laugh, nervously.
" My mom. " I respond. " what are you doing back? " I add.
" I forgot my name tag. " she says, walking inside. Calum is sitting on the Couch watching tv and doesn't even notice when Katie walks in. Katie grabs her name tag off the counter and looks at me smiling.
" Well I'm gonna be headed out for sure this time. I'm already late. " she laughs. " love you guys. " she says, shutting the door.
I sigh, running my hand down my face. Calum looks at me.
" What's wrong? " He ask.
I shake my head. " nothing. "
I don't know how long I can keep up with this.

Harry
I grip my cane in my hand and hold Taylor's in the other. We walk at a slow pace, my breathing heavy. It's been silent for most of the time we've been walking and I hate it, but I also hate this relationship, well I hate most of the relationships I get myself in.
" Harry? " Taylor speaks up.
" Yeah? " I ask. I can hear chatter around us and cameras flashing. They think I don't know they're there but I do. I'm not clueless. No matter if I can see or not.
" We might want to go back to your house. The hoard of paparazzi are getting worse. " She suggest.
I nod, letting her lead me to the car. We get in. " Take us back to my house. " I command my driver and the car jolts forwards and then we're in our way.
I stare at darkness, leaning my head against the seat, when I feel Taylor's hang touch my leg, but I swat it away and I hear her gasp. " Don't touch me right now. " I say coldly. I hear her huff.
" I still don't know why I'm dating you. You're such a jerk. I bet everyone hated you on high school. " Taylor says, with venom.
I think back and almost laugh. She's right, but not in the way she thinks. Everyone did hate me, but not because I was a douche, but because I was different. Because being different is a crime. My highs school years sucked, but are very missed and I wish I could relive it all over again.
" They did. " I laugh humorously, clasping my hands together. " except for one person. " I say absentmindedly.
I hear Taylor scoff. " Well they must have been pretty stupid and are probably very disappointed in themselves now. " She responds.
" I wouldn't says she's disappointed in herself. " I say. " regardless it doesn't really matter anyways. "
