I walked in carefully. The first thing I saw was the white walls and floors. There was black tables with shiny items that I could barely see from where I was standing. I took several steps forward and realized that the objects were indeed pieces of technology. There were 2 TV screens with couches in front of them.
On the tables, there were laptops, desktop computers, iPods, iPads, mp3 players, phones and of course, one of those cute little spin-a-round-dial sparkly purple and green fuzzy phones. There were many other items that I wasn't sure of what they were. I grabbed a pair of headphones and an iPod and started listening to music.
After about an hour or so, I decided to call Thalea.
"Hey gurl whats up?" I asked her.
"Oh nothing. but is it okay if i bring a few friends down?"
"Uh i don't think thats a good idea Thal..." I say a bit wary
"Why not?"
"Well, they'll tell people, and they'll tell, and others will want to come and tell everyone and then everyone will know about this place. People will want ot get in and pretend to be our friends when they don't really care. And besides, we haven't even seen the whole place yet."
"Fine. But we can't hide it forever."
"I know.... but we can try." i say and we start to laugh. " Well, I better get going. It's pretty late and I have to tutor someone tomorrow." We said goodbye and hung up. I went up the elevator and took off my watch. i quickly put on my pajamas and went to bed. Tomorrow was gonna be a long day.
