Lillith's Pov
*time skip to time of birth for their child*
I scream in pain as the pack doctors tell me to push. Aaron is at my side holding my hand and whispering comforting words.
Finally, the child is born. I feel exhausted, but Aaron says to stay awake, so I do.
"Luna, the child is a girl. She will be the Alpha's heiress. Alpha, are you prepared to let a female take over this pack at eighteen, with or without a mate?"
"This child may take over the pack at age eighteen, with or without a mate."
"Very well, you do have the necklace, correct?"
"Yes."
Aaron digs in his pocket for something, then hands the pack doctor a box.
I decide to speak up, "Exactly when do I get to see and name my daughter?"
"As soon as the necklace is put on her," the doctor says calmly.
A few minutes pass and our daughter is brought into the room.
"Hello, little one," I say softly to get.
"What are you going to name her, Lil?"
"Hmmm...how about, Kyra."
"It's perfect," he says as he nuzzles our daughter.
