"Well done." Mark said, as we finished playing Twister, which I beat him again. "HAHA!" I yelled. Mark was my twelve year old brother. He's very different... I love him though. "Shut up!" he yelled. "Settle down." My mom said. It was 6:45 in the morning, and we we're waiting for the bus, yet again. I'm not surprised. This was my first day of school here. So, I was worried and I woke up at 5am. Me and Mark are on the same bus because our bus goes to two different schools. Middle school and High school. He's in seventh grade and I'm a sophmore. We don't talk much unless our mom's around.
"Rachel." I heard my name being called by the sweet sound of my mother. "Yes?" I asked. "The bus is here." She said. I didn't even realize Mark was already leaving. I grabbed my bok bag and walked out the door, not even bothering to say Goodbye. I stepped on the bus and looked around at the people sitting down. Awks. I walked through, desperately trying to find an empty seat. I never seem to be able to. Not even at my old school. "Sit with me." Some girl with blonde hair, a nose piercing, and a gray beanie said, smiling at me. She was wearing a long turquoise sweat shirt, probably some shorts. Hopefully... "Okay." I said. "The names Chloe." She said, smiling. I waved at her slightly. "I'm Rachel." I said. She smiled at me.
Chloe is really pretty, I must admit. I look nothing like her though, so she's lucky. I had brown curly hair, dull brown eyes, and annoying outfits. Like, today, I'm wearing an Asking Alexandria shirt, black skinny jeans, dark black buckle up boots with gems on them and a heel, a wallet with a black and white british flag, red lipstick, Curly hair, black ear rings and finally to finish it off, a LOVE braclet. "I like your outfit." She said, smiling. Could she read my mind? "Thank you." I said. "Considering you we're saying all of it outloud." Oops. The bus parked and I looked at her, smiling and waving her goodbye. I walked off and into the school, obviously not ready.
