"Suzu do something!!" Tenpi pleaded, looking over to his daughter who kept pricking herself with a needle.
"Shut up. Hoshi wants to make that blanket for someone who she cares about. Hmph, you guys don't really know the struggles of being a girl." Suzu said, walking pass her husband into the kitchen.
Seiza sighed. "You did it wrong Hoshi!" She collided the wooden spoon to the back of her hand.
"Sewing is so hard! But I can't give up now. Grandmother will you show me one more time?" 'Toneri must have not like that I bought it for him, instead of making it myself.'
"She's too young!!" Tears were flooded down Tenpi's eyes as he leaned on the front room wall. "Maybe I heard wrong. Hoshi who are you making that for, again?" He inquired.
"I am making it for a friend." She answered him once again.
"Is this friend a boy or girl?" 'Please say girl, please say girl, please say girl.' The one line repeated over and over through Tenpi's mind.
"It's for a boy, dad. If you want to ask me again, question me when I am finish making this please." She studied the movement of her grandmother's hand movements.
"Tenpi your a disturbance. Don't you have a mission to go on?" Seiza glared over to her only son. "Now people may think I trained you to be late, hurry up and go!"
"Yes mother." He walked out of the house, moping. 'I am losing my little girl. She even said she wanted to marry me when she was little. What happened?' He ruffled his white hair.
"Grandmother, wasn't that too harsh?" Her attention was on the door, her father just walked out of.
"Be quiet. If it were up to him I wouldn't be able to see my great-grand children. I am getting down in age after all." Seiza said.
Her cheeks warmed as she blushed. "Grandmother I don't like him that kind of way!! You are mistaken!!" 'Why can't my heart calm down? I am coming down with a cardiac disease. And my face still feels hot.'
She chortled at her granddaughter's red face. "That same blushing face reminds me of your mother when I asked her if she love my son!! It's so hysterical!"
"Grandmother don't tease me!!" Her blushing died down, but she was now holding a minute amount of vexation for her grandmother.
