Chapter 3: Why me?

*Brittany's POV*

Ethan looked at me and right away he snapped at me " who the hell do you think you are?" Ethan said with a little bit of laughing. " I could ask you the same thing, Just because you're popular doesn't mean you're irresistible." He looked at me dumbfounded " Of course I'm irresistible, have you seen me?" he said flipping his gorgeous hair with that amazing smile. Shit snap out of it Britt. " Well if you're so " irresistible" then why did I just turn you down?" I say with a smirk and I get up and walk away.

Finally lunch is over, that was probably the most awkward and intimidating things that have ever happens to me. As I look down at my schedule I see it much different than last years. English, lunch, gym, geometry, civics. " Lunch right before gym?" I say to myself " are they trying to kill me" I let out a groan. As I hurrily walk to my locker from a distance I can see someone standing against. The one and only Ethan Duval.

" Exuse me what are you doing at me locker" I say with a annoyed face. " Look I came on a little strong, I came to apologize" he says it takes me a minute but I reply with " I accept your apology but it doesn't change that fact that you're a complete asshole and frankly I would prefer is you stayed away from me." He seems shocked but he Defiantly doesn't give up easy. " Come on, one date. If you absolutely hate it I'll drive you home and you never have to talk to me again. Just give me a chance" I'm never this rude to people and I kinda felt bad, but why does he want me? why me. I give him a nod and say to pick me up at 7:00. After that we went our own ways.

As I start walking to gym I start thinking to myself. ' shit I completely left jas & Claire' I walk into the locker room picking out my size for a gun uniform, the usual ugly gray shirt and blue basketball shorts. I look over to see Claire getting changed. " What the hell happend, I saw him follow you back. ARE YALL GONNA GO OUT???!! or were you a bitch and said no" I laughed as I answered " I told him to pick me up at 7:00" and then it started " OH MY GOD NO WAY!!!!!! HES SO HOT AND HAVE YOU SEEN HIS ABS OH MY GOD YOUR ARE SO FREAKING LUCKY IGH YOU BITCHHHH!" I laugh as we walk into gym.
