"April" Travis called out looking for me

"Ya" I responded

"oh there you are" he said finding me in the beach sitting in our usual spot, on top of the huge pile of rocks,near the ocean.

We found this places when I was 5 and he was 6 which was 3 years ago, we found it by exploring and we went over a huge hill of sand that separated my house from his

He sat down next by me and we stayed quiet for a wile just looking at the waves from the ocean.

"I can't believe you are moving to Washington" I said in a sad voice

"I know that's gonna be so far away from Miami" he said scooting closer to me so he can grab my hand.

Travis was the kind of boy that liked making you smile. He was geeky looking and he was supper skinny. Had brown gold hair that covered his eyes and the prettiest blue eyes. He would dress with jeans and a dress shirt tucked in with a belt. Which made him look more geeky but sited him well.

"hay we shouldn't be morphing around on how I am gonna movie tomorrow we should enjoy our last day together." he said trying to make me smile.

"ok, tag your it" I said jumping out from my spot and running around the beach so he wouldn't tag me.

"lollipops" he said as his usual cuss word, and started chasing me around.

Travis was normally a slow runner because he was known as the class geek. He was vary smart and he was an advanced student and only a year older than me. But that never stop him from being my best friend.

I stated to run slow so that I could give him a chance to tag me.

But instead of chasing after me me like usual he was walking so I started walking to. But he cot me by surprise he was running towards me now full Speed and pushed me to the ground. "AHAHAaaaaa " I yelled

"haha your it" he said still on top of me

"then he rolled next by me and we started laughing really hard

" Travis?" I asked once we stopped laughing

"ya" he responded

"even though you move do u promise to be my best friend forever" I asked

"of course April I will always and forever remember you as my best friend and I will visit you every time I can. I will buy my own jet when I grow up and take you all over the world to visit" He said in amusement

"ok pinky swear" I asked sticking my pinky out

"pinky swear" he said giving me his pinky

APRIL

I pulled my light brown long hair back into a messy bun and put my earbuds on then started ridding my skate bored to work. I worked at the cheesecake factory down the street near my house. I lived next to the ocean in a huge house although I have been living in that house my entire life. Not that I dot like it or anything it beutiful and all but I guess it gets lonely when being so big and since I live alone I don't like that feeling.

My dad died last year and he left me with everything. I guess he could have of gaven it to my mother but she she is no were to be found although he did leave her a letter that I am scared to open but I have no idea how to find her the last time I heard about her I was 15 and she was in london trying to travel all te places she told me she would.
