Just Friends

Chapter 3

We have been playing the bored game for over an hour and it was getting really late I won 7 times and he won 5. There had been a lot of laughing too.

"so were are you staying at?" I asked once we put the game away

"um I might stay at a hotel"

"do you want to stay here" I asked hoping he would give me company In this huge lonely house.

"sure but I don't want to bug you"

"how will you bug me, this is a huge house and it can be vary quiet sometimes"

"ok fine" he said convinced

"ok go get you stuff then" I said and with that he was out side and back in with his stuff

"so there are 3 guest rooms you can choose any you want" I said "come fallow me and I will show you the rooms if you'd like"

"sure sounds good" he said fallowing me up the steps.

"ok so this is the ocean view room, that has the walls painted in blue the next one is the naborhood view with grey walls, and the last one is yellow and also an ocean view but not as big as the first one."

"I'll take the first one thank you" he said walking in the first one

"yup"

"good night April"

"night Travis" I said walking away towards my room down the hall.

The sunlight shining in my eyes woke me up that morning. And I usual I got up put my hair in a messy bun and put on a light sweatshirt over my tang top. The strange smell of bacon and eggs filled my nose as I was walking down the stairs. I don't own bacon or eggs which is odd, because I haven't eaten bacon scenic my dad got sick.

"hay" Travis said turning his head towards me from the stove as he saw me come in "your just in time breakfast is almost ready"

"hay" i said giving him a wearied look "were did you get the eggs and bacon?"

"I stole them" he joked

"really?"

"no I went to go buy them you have nothin in this house but cereal, chicken saild, milk and orange juice." He said clearly already having a look though my house for food.

"ya I know that's what I normally eat" I said because my regular day would start off with cereal, salid for lunch and Katy's house for dinner.

"well dang no wonder your so skinny" he said clearly surprised for my lack of buying so much food but i needed the money for collage

"here" he said handing me a plate with eggs and bacon

"thanks" I said grabbing the plate and brushing my hand against his.

I sat down on the tall table with stools across from the stove and he came and sat next by me.

I took a bite of my food and yum. The worm eggs filled my mouth with a taste I haven't had for quite a while and the greasy bacon filled my mouth with crunchy goodness I really have missed tasting this delicious food.

I heard someone giggle next by me making my turn to see him staring at me.

"What" I said giving him a smile

"It seems like you haven't eaten in years" he started clearly trying to hide the smile but failing

"Well um.. It's cuz I haven't had this since my dad got sick"
