Hey what's up! So this is actually a poem, not a song. This is an assignment for my English class and I decided to write it out first on Wattpad cuz idk it was just easier for me lol. Hopefully I get a good grade on this lol
(I numbered the lines because I was supposed to keep track of that. It's supposed to be 30-50 lines but as you can see, I went over lol)

1) it was a cold winter night when my friends and I decided to go
2) we were determined to do the impossible
3) we journeyed out into the mountains and through the snow
4) it is funny now to look back and see how we thought we were unstoppable
5) for never before had we encountered so many obstacles
6) it was lucky we had each other to help out
7) the things we faced would be seen by others as improbable
8) but we could tell you everything in detail, no doubt
9) we were traveling to the land of Happiness
10) it was a land that was believed to be nothing more than just a fantasy
11) the very thought of this land drove people to madness
12) imagine a world where there is never a tragedy
13) imagine a world with no negativity
14) if the land were a person, she'd be ever so beautiful inside and out
15) the land of Happiness is an ideal place to be
16) but not many people are roaming about
17) Happiness is not an easy place to find
18) it is hidden deep within a jungle where the darkness swallows those who venture too far in
19) in the darkness there are creatures who will show no mercy, it is best for you to keep an open mind
20) there are deadly creatures who wonder 'bout and can knock you over like a bowling pin
21) many have tried and few have succeeded in making it to this land
22) this is what my friends and I had searched for
23) but our adventure did not go quite as planned
24) we tried our best to to survive until opportunity opened up it's door
25) I shall tell you a little about our trip
26) our journey started off just fine although the route on the map was quite confusing
27) thank goodness one of my friends is as smart as a whip
28) she studied the map all day long and gave us a look when we said her habits while thinking hard were amusing
29) when she figured out the map, she led the way
30) we ventured through town, across rivers, and over mountains
31) then we encountered our next obstacle and my other friend stood up to save the day
32) In front of us lay a young fawn who looked longingly at the fountains
33) the fawn had blood oozing out from a wound on its leg as it lay helplessly in front of the fountains, watching the crystal clear water
34) my friend ran to the fawn, opening her first aid kit and wrapping the fawn's wound
35) next she helped the fawn up and half carried her to the fountain watching her drink with the fondness of a mother looking at her newborn daughter
36) "thank you," the fawn said before turning into a magnificent goddess-like creature. "You have helped me," her voiced boomed
37) she now stood ten feet tall, towering over us, she let us pass through to the next level
38) we walked past the fountains and into a new scenery
39) the green grass faded to a misty gray and the sky darkened, making us feel as though we were in peril
40) then all of a sudden, I felt a taste in my mouth that was quite sugary
41) next thing I knew, I was in a cage with my friends
42) all except one, who was being possessed
43) he stared blankly at an old hag as if his brain had been cleansed
44) the hag smiled wide as she offered him the bow and arrow with which he had always been obsessed
45) she did not mention all his friends who were being lowered into a pit of lava
46) instead, she encouraged him to turn the other way and practice with his new bow and arrow
47) we called his name, begging him to help us, meanwhile the hag just laughed as she enjoyed the drama
48) but something changed in the boy's blank eyes when he saw his friends; it might have been that he recognized them, or perhaps he looked deep enough in their eyes to see the sorrow
49) whatever it was, he pointed his bow at the hag and demanded that he let the kids in the cage go
50) the old hag stopped her laughing and turned into another beautiful creature, much like the one they had encountered before
51) "you, my boy," she said. "You are quite a hero."
52) with that she let us pass and we continued on our journey only to have it start to pour
53) we did not come prepared for rain but we could not waste any time
54) we soon found shelter in a small hut
55) I looked outside and saw a ladder; my curiosity made me climb
56) one by one my friends followed me up, the last one out kicked the door shut
57) as soon as we got up, the sky darkened and it started raining harder
58) a huge wolf-like dog appeared out of nowhere
59) it lunged at the youngest in our group, my little brother, who I loved dearly but it was often thoughts about losing him that in my head I harbored
60) the thought of actually losing him I could not bear
61) I jumped in front of him, spreading my arms out to cover him from the horrible beast
62) I braced myself for the impact of the animal as it jumped on me, ripping me to shreds
63) but it never came and I felt my fear decrease
64) once again the hideous creature disappeared and in its place stood the beautiful goddess-like creature who's wings began to spread
65) she flew up toward the sky and back down to us
66) "congratulations," she said. "You have passed the test"
67) "test?" We asked to which she replied with, "if I could, I would give you all an A plus"
68) we all let out a sigh of relief for at last we had finished our quest
69) now we followed her to the land of Happiness
70) we smiled at each other as we entered the world of Paradise
