• or just for fun (I don't see how this can be fun considering how much work it takes)

The reason might be exactly what is listed above or different. Once you know why you are doing this. Continue to make sure if you want to still do it.

Recognize the Amount of Work it will Take

The task to achieve this will take time, patience, and consistency. The question is, are you willing to do it? When people go into this sort of determination, they believe that it will be a piece of cake. What you have to do is simple. Although, doing it everyday until you have the desired followers you want will become tiring. Everyday you will wake up to about at least 100 followers. So that will round up to be about 3,000+ followers each month and 36,000+ in a year. That is only the minimum when you do the simple way of doing things.

Entering the Fame Game

There will come to a point where you no longer have to work to get new followers. The followers will come to you! This is the point you want to achieve and if it isn't, then stop before it gets to that point. When you get to this point it doesn't mean you quite working completely. You still have to be consistent and continue putting in new chapters because your fans/followers will lose interest. If your doing this to just get followers just to have them, then hang on because I will explain how you can keep your followers from floating away.
