"Hi!!!" Everyone cheered all at once. Most people in the resort lobby looked at us but we didn't care.

"Right, so every 'pair' need to get their room keys and we'll meet at the pool in an hour!" Said Ava, she was an extremely organised person, which was strange because normally people organised things for her. She's a singer, Epitaph signed her a few years ago, that's how she met Jacky.

"Jessie?" I looked up. Ronnie.

Yeah?"

"Uh, we need to go check in."

"Oh, yeah sure. Let's go over here." I pointed to a desk where no one was queuing. After we got everything sorted out, Ronnie said,

"Okay, we're in the West Tower on the 5th floor, room 5031."

"Where the bloody hell is that?" I questioned, he laughed. "Hey, what's so funny?"

"I dunno, I guess I just didn't expect you to say that." He said still smiling.

"Well expect a lot more of it!"

"Oh god..." We both laughed again. I guess this kind of got off to a good start.

"Is this it?" I asked.

"Nope, that's the east tower."

"How the hell did we get here when we were supposed to go west? Oh my god I'm so hot!"

"You must be, it's like 85 degrees and you're wearing skinny jeans. Let's head that way." We started walking again.

"I know but it was cold back home, and on the plane. Are we going there?" I pointed to a building almost exactly the same as the one we were just at.

"Yeah."

We got to our room, it was pretty much like most hotel rooms, there were two double beds made with clean white sheets, decorated with red and gold cushions. There was a balcony that had a view of the whole resort. You could see the 4 pools and all the water slides, palm trees dotted around everywhere, and after all this you could see the turquoise ocean and beaches.

"Damn it's beautiful here." Said Ronnie, staring into the distance.

"I was just thinking the same thing." I said, turning to look at him.

Soon after we went back into the room and got changed. Of course, I got ready in the bathroom because the last thing I needed was for Ronnie to see me naked. I put on my new black bikini after slathering myself in sunscreen. Then I threw on my dark green skater dress and some black flip flops. I just left my hair as it was, it was gonna get wet anyway.

"Hey, what time did Ava ask everyone to meet?" Ronnie asked me.

"Umm she said to meet and the pool in and hour...two hours ago."

"Shit! I'll race you to the elevator!" He suddenly sprinted out the door.

"Wait what?!" I started running as fast as I could until I passed Ronnie in the hallway, I started to slow down, but then he over took me and got to the elevators first.

"Goddamnit!" I exclaimed. We both started laughing even though we were extremely out of breath already. Soon the elevator came and we made our way to the pool.
