3. Genre:

4. Plot: (max. around 10 sentences)

5. Mood/effect: (e.g-dark, lighthearted, sad; anything you can think of)

6. Minimalist or not?

7. *optional* Any celebrity/celebrities you want on the cover?

8. *optional* color scheme?

9.  *optional* Vision of your book cover?

1.Leave your form in the comment section. Please do not PM it to me, otherwise they will be ignored.

2. I will only give you your cover AFTER you complete the payment.

3. Your book must be published, otherwise your form will be denied as well.

-a permanent follow
-a vote on your chapter OR my latest book "A Girl's Guide- Skincare"
-mention somewhere in your book or the summary about the cover aka giving me the credit

1. I am the cover maker so I get to choose which requests to do. You'll know when I've accepted your request if I reply  "accepted" to your comment c:
