very serious topic now
if you're uncomfortable with talking about medicine and std s (sexually transmitted diseases, also known as stis, sexually transmitted infections) then do not read this
so yesterday a family friend came over and i found out that a little while ago she was diagnosed with lupus.
lupus is an std that is basically the opposite of aids (acquired immune deficiency syndrome) and no that is not good. your immune system attacks your body possibly having different effects on vital organs. this can be fatal.
this family friend was given medicine to help the symptoms but she got scared of the side effects and stopped taking her meds and didn't tell anyone.

children never ever do this. she nearly died. her brain swelled a lot causing her to legit go a little crazy and now she is on 18 medications and can barely eat because of the side effects.
please, always take your medicine and protect yourself. it is very important.
also, never be scared to do research on stds/stis. they are a very important thing to know about and the more you know, they more you can prevent it.
keep yourself safe ok, i care sm about you. let me know if you have any questions or need anything <3
