Chapter 4- Anywhere's Better Than Here

Lou snatches it out of my hand, rips up and puts it in the bin, "I don't think she'll be needing that thank you very much." He says jealousy written all over his face... wait jealousy?

Once we get out of Nandos Louis drops me off at my house. My good mood quickly evaporates when I am greeted by my Mums angry voice...

"Where have you been?"

Olivia's POV

"Hi to you too," I say dully.

"You had jobs to do today and you completely left them up to me you lazy pathetic excuse for a human being."

"Why don't you just get you fat arse off the couch and do something yourself. Ever since I could walk I have been doing all the bloody jobs around the house and what have you been doing? Watching the damn tv! DO SOMETHING YOURSELF!" I yelled.

"Olivia, you are 19? you have no authority of telling me what to do under this roof!" She screamed back.

"Fine, I'll leave!"

"Oh no you won't missy! You still have all your chores to do!"

"Like I said, do it YOURSELF!" I run upstairs to grab my bag and put last minute things in there.

As I'm walking down the stairs and past the kitchen my dad walks out....

"Where do you think your going?"

"Leaving, running away, NEVER COMING BACK!" I scream in his face.

"You have nowhere to go!" He yelled.

"Anywheres better than here!" I push past my dad earning a slap in the face for it and I run out the door into the cold rainy night, no one to talk to, no where to go. I have no friends.... Except for.... I pull out my phone and dial his number.

"Liv?" He asks.

"Louis, can you please pick me up? I'm outside the pizza parlour across from the shopping centre."

"Why? What happened?"

"I'll tell you when you get here," I reply and hang up.

10 minutes later he pulls up and motions for me to get in, I obey and he starts driving down the highway.

"So, Liv, what happened?"

I explain what happened.

"So your parents make you do EVERYTHING? Do they do anything themselves? And on top of that you get abused?"

"Yeah, please don't tell anyone about it, I've never told anyone before, I've been way to scared."

"Your story sounds a bit like Cinderella, you have to do all the work, you get abused, do you have any sisters?"

"Yep, two, just like Cinderella!" I laugh and soon he joins in.

We finally arrive and we walk into his house, oh nah Liv you're just gonna stand outside in the middle of the rain and look at his house.

So we walk in to see the one and only Eleanor Calder, she has always been such an inspiration to me! Don't fan girl Liv!!

"Who is she?" Eleanor asks with gritted teeth giving me and a death stare.

"My new bestie!!" Says Louis jumping up and down.

"Ew! She's ugly!" Ouch! That hurt.

"What the hell is wrong with you? You don't even know me! Don't judge me!" I yell.

I'm already abused enough I don't need even more especially someone that doesn't even know my name!

"Lou can you show me where I'm sleeping?" I ask.

"Don't tell me she's going to be here for longer than tonight!" Eleanor snarls.

"Fine, I won't tell you! Come on Liv!" Says Louis.

Eleanor gives me another death stare as I pick up my bag and I just smile, "it was nice meeting you Eleanor!" Not, I say in my head.
