Chapter 15

Jessie's POV:
I woke up because I'm sweating. I swear it's very hot here.I noticed that Danny is no longer here beside me. I removed the covers arranged the sheets. I made my way to the bathroom and have my quick shower. I changed into a comfortable clothes and decided to head downstairs. There, I saw Ollie and Dan preparing breakfast.

"Ugh. Mummy, you're already awake?" Ollie said slightly disappointed.

"Why baby?"

"Me and Daddy are planning to make a breakfast in bed only for you. But since, you're already awake, let us just eat now."

"Yeah. Good idea."

"Good morning hon," Danny greeted me and pecked my lips.

"So, you also helped Ollie here huh?" I said smirking.

"Yes, milady.. Now let's eat"

While eating, Danny asked something.

"Uhmm. Jess, Glen invited us all for a party. Is it okay?"

"Is Ollie allowed there?"

"Yeah. Mark's children will be there too. So they can play with Ollie."

"I would love too Daddy!!"

"So, Jess?" Danny is doing his pouty lips that I can't resist.

"Okay.."

The day went by very quick. And it's time to get ready for Glen's party. I don't know why he planned to prepared a party. He's not a party man or something. But I'll just go with the flow.

Ollie dressed a floral dress that is vert cute. She looks like a princess, indeed. While I wore a body-con dress, color black. It's just simple for me. I saw Danny with the usual denim and jacket. But he looks super hot in that one.

"Ohhh, you look gorgeous in that Ms. Cornish." Danny complimented.

"Well, thank you Mr. O'Donoghue, your handsome in that one too."

"Now, come on. I don't wanna be late.. Or you wanna stay here and have our own party.." Danny said grinning like an idiot.

"Or you wanna have a slap on your face.." I replied to him.

We walked hand in hand on the way to Dan's car. It's just a 30 minute drive to Glen's flat so we got there very quickly.

The party is well, not more on adult party since they're were many kids snooping around.

We were greeted by Glen, and he excused Danny. Guess, they're going to talk about their own businesses. So me and Ollie were guided to a table, where Mark and his wife is also sitting.

Danny's POV:
I was excused by Glen for some reasons that I am thinking not so important. But, I'm his bestfriend so, I'll just listen to his nonsenses.

"Dan, please don't be mad at me." Glen said which made me shocked.

"Why?" I asked him curiously.

"Uhmm, I-Irma is coming."

That sentence made me so nervous that I didn't got the chance to replied him. I just felt that this night is going to be an awkward night. My girlfriend and ex will face for the first time.

"What!? How!?"

"After I informed you and invited you, I received a call from her, saying she will be coming here. I don't know why. But me and Irma are closed friends so its very bad if I will reject her. So this happened." Glen explained clearly.
