Danny's POV:
I felt so glad that finally we already found her. Now , I will do whatever it takes just to protect her and keep her safe all the time. Meanwhile , her mum and dad went home to get her some clothes. And Holly is at our flat to take care of Ollie.
Jess is still asleep. I can see her cuts and bruises surrounding her body. I was interrupted by a doctor coming in.
"Mr. O'Donoghue , she will wake up any time now."
I held her hand and hold it tight. When I felt her hand move a little. She's awake. She opened her eyes and let her eyes wander.
"Jess? It's okay. I'm already here." I rubbed her hand just to comfort her. But , why is she not talking to me? Does she have amnesia? No way.
"Uhmm , Doc , why isn't she answering me? What's wrong with her?" I asked worriedly to the doctor.
"I'm afraid she's experiencing trauma." The doctor replied.
"Which means , she will stay like that for a day or so. She will not talk , and it will be hard for her to recover easily. Just support her all through the way. And don't do anything that will let her remember about that tragic event. Oh and by the way , you can be disharged now." Then the doctor left. First , I was happy that we can go home now. But the saddest part is that Jess will be suffering trauma.
We arrived at our flat easily. I guess because there is no paps swarming around us. I don't want them to know neither that Jessie's condition is like this.
"Daddy! Mummy!" I kissed Ollie on her head. She went near to Jess and hugged her.
"Mummy , I missed you. Are you okay now? Can you sing to me now , when I'm sleeping?" Awhh bless her.
"Uhmm , Ollie , Mummy can't answer you for now." I said ignoring the fact that it will hurt her.
"B-But why?"
"Because she's suffering trauma. Which means she's like that for a couple of days. We will help her okay? She needs to recover."
"Yeah." That's all she can said for now.
We headed to our room. I changed her clothes into her comfortable clothes. I let her stay there for a while.
I cooked dinner for all of us. Surely , Jess will be finding this super delicious.
I called Ollie and I assist Jess to go downstairs. She is very weak until now.
"I prepared dinner for all of us here." I said happily.
"Ollie , can you eat alone? I wil feed Mummy. Okay?"
"Of course Daddy."
When I was feeding Jess , I couldn't help but to shed a few tears. This is not my Jessie anymore. Jessie is smart , funny , goof , kind. Not this Jessie that is always staring at the space , not talking. But I will be strong for her.
After we ate , I placed Jess in the couch to watch a movie. The disney movie we always watched. But it seems like it has no effect on her.
"Ollie , can you get the medicines of Mummy?" I asked Ollie. She willingly followed it. I'm so lucky that I've met a talented little girl likr her. And I'm proud to say that she's my child.
"Jess , time to drink medicines now."
Some other time later , I noticed Ollie drifting into her sleep. So I decided to carry her to her own room. I went back and I also decided to brought Jessie to our room now. I'm sure she's sleepy now.
I changed her into some pj's. And I brushed her teeth. I also combed her hair. She's like that before. I tucked her to bed and covered ourselves with the sheets. I wrapped my arms around her. Suddenly , she cuddled more to me.
"I love you Dan." What!? She can already talk? But , I will not shocked her for now.
"I love you too beautiful." I replied and fell into a deep sleep.

I felt the bed shaking. What's happening? When I turned to my left , Jess is shaking. I mean more like trembling with fear. But she's awake.
"Jess , sshh. Don't cry now. I'm here. Don't be scared." I tried to comfort her. Her breathing is heavy. She's so sweaty. Hands on her ears. What should I do now?
"Please , don't hurt me. Please.." No matter what I do , she remembered everything.
"No one's going to hurt you now Jess. I'm here to protect you. You're safe with me." I remembered that one thing that will calmed her is when I sing to her. So I will try. I wrapped my arms around her slowly , and put her head on the crook of my neck.
While singing I'm Yours , I can't help but to cry. This is all my fault. She will not suffer in this if I protect her. Somehow , it managed to calm her. I kissed her head before saying....
"I love you.."
