Chapter 4

Karmen

I walked into my apartment and saw Cameron sitting on the couch watching the game. I walked past him going into my room to grab all my clothes. I went Into the closet and grabbed my Victoria Secret bag and started packing.

"Watchu doin man?" Cameron said scaring me

"You scared me. I'm getting some clothes"

"Why? Where you goin?" He asked taking a seat on the bed

"Don't worry about it"

"Man you with that nigga now?" He asked

"August?"

"Yea that nigga"

"No. He's just my bestfriend for now. If it leads to something else then oh well. He treats me better then you ever done"

"You fucked him yet?"

"What?!"

"You heard me.. you fuckin him?" He asked again

This one thing I get tired of.. him accusing shit and asking dumb ass questions. So I'm Boutta get to him.

"You know what? Yes I am fucking him and it's the best sex of my life. His penis bigger and longer then yours. He knows how to treat a woman, he listens to me and I'm actually catching feelings for him"

He got from the bed and grabbed me by my neck digging his fingers into my skin. I tried to pry his hands from around my neck but he was too strong.

"You a hoe. Always have and always will be. Your my hoe now. You not going nowhere until I say yo bitch ass can. Understood?!" He yelled

He let go of me and walked out the room. I fell to the ground and coughed. After I was done I got up and dropped my bag. I went into the closet and got my gun that he never knew about. I loaded it with all the bullets. I put my hair in a ponytail and walked out the bedroom.

I saw him sitting on the couch rolling up a blunt and talking on the phone. I snatched the phone and threw it to the wall causing it to break into pieces.

"Bitch what the fuck is wrong witchu?!" He yelled getting up

I pulled the gun out and aimed it at him and he stopped walking.

"I'm so tired of you calling me out my name and disrespecting me. You a bitch. You a little ass boy that never had nun and never won't be nun. I tried for so many years to be calm and loyal but, fuck this shit now. You beat me" I shot one bullet into his shoulder. He screamed.

I knew the neighbors heard him but I honestly didn't give a fuck. "Did you just shoot me?!" He asked yelling. I ignored him.

"You treated me like shit" I shot another on into his other shoulder.

"You never loved or cared about me" shot one into his leg.

"You made me feel ugly" I shot another one into his other leg.

"Most of all you kept me from my family just because you never had yours. You was so controlling and abusive. I would've stayed if you knew how to treat me. But now this is the end. Bye Cameron" I was about to shoot him in his head but I was woken outta my sleep. I looked up and saw it was August with a goofy ass grin on his face.

"Karmen wake yo ass up" he shook my arm

"Man I was about to kill him once and for all"

"Kill who?"

"Cameron. But you wanna wake me up. Watchu want?"

"I wanted ta watch a movie since its raining and only 12:00 in the mo'ning" he said smiling.

"You not serious right?"

He frowned "I'm very serious"

"You can go Watch it by yourself. I appreciate Watchu doing for me but this, us will never happen"

He nodded his head and was about ta walk away put I stood up as fast as I could and hugged him tightly.

"I was just playing I'll love to watch a movie with you pooh"

"You play ta much mane. Ion even wanna watch the movie nomo" he said trying to get me off of him. But I was wrapped around him tightly.

"Please I'm sorry. I was just playing just to see how you was gonna react. Please can we watch the movies?"

He sighed and smiled. "Is that a yes?!"

"Yea mane" he said

"I'll go make the popcorn you get the movies"

He put me down and walked to the door with me right behind him.

"I'll race you" he said running off. I tried to run behind him but the pain in my side was just too much to bare with but, of course he won.

"Your a cheater"

"Don't be a sore loser bahbey" he smiled kissing my forehead.

"Whatever"

I went into his kitchen and found the popcorn. I put it in the microwave and let it pop. I grabbed cookies, Twizzlers, chips, and got the BBQ wings out that he cooked yesterday. Once the popcorn was done I put the wings in and made us root beer floats.

I grabbed everything and walked out the kitchen. I saw August going on Netflix on the TV. I walked around the couch and sat everything on the table. One by one. He turned around and laughed.

"Watchu bring the whole store?" He asked.

"Kinda" I giggled.

He came and sat on the couch and I did the same. I was about to get comfortable until I realized I needed some ranch for my wings. I got up and went to get the ranch and came back and sat next to August. He pulled me closer to him and grabbed one of our snacks.

He put on The Longest Ride and we got comfortable and watched the movie. About 30 minutes into the movie he was smacking on the Twizzlers. I looked at him and he took the candy out his mouth.

"Wat?" He asked with candy still in his mouth.

"You really have to smack like that?"

"Oh. My bad boo" he smiled.

"Why do you call me all go these nicknames?"

"Because you my bahbey, my boo, my pooh and my bestfriend" he said looking at me.

"Watchu starin so hard for?"

"Cuz ya so beautiful" he smirked

We were staring at eachother for couple seconds when he leaned in but I turned my head and looked at the TV. It's not that I don't wanna kiss him it's just that ion want that kiss to drift us apart.

"Not yet August"

He nodded his head and pulled me closer to him. I laid my head on chest and he kissed my forehead. I smiled and we continued to watch the movie.
