BUZZ! BUZZ! My phone rang as I got a notification. I picked up my phone and saw the text icon pop up. New message! The screen read. I quickly unlocked my phone, and opened the messaging app. Hey! The text said. I stared at the phone for a bit. Wrong number? I texted back to the unknown person.

A few seconds later my phone rang again. I saw someone calling me, it was the same number that has just texted me before. I stared at the screen, wondering if I should answer. The call disappeared. I decided to block it. But before I could tap the Block Caller button, I accidentally clicked Answer when the call popped up again. "Hello?" The lady on the other line said. "Um, hi?" I answered.

It was quiet for a few minutes. Then I heard yelling and things breaking in the background. A crying noise came closer to the phone, then suddenly stopped. "Hey, Fairy." My eyes widened. My human name? How did she know that? "Who are you?" I asked. "Stella, the hooded star knight!" I stared at my wall as she explained. "What?" I responded, clueless. "Come to the Star Cafe in two hours." The person hung up.

I stared at my wall for a few moments. Should I go? Or should I ignore it? I asked myself. I sighed at the thought of it, knowing I was gonna get nowhere by asking myself. I quickly scurried to the kitchen. "Hey, dad!" I yelled. "Hey, kiddo! What's up?" He asked. "Well... you see, there's this lady who just called me. She asked me to meet her at this Star Cafe, calling me by my human name. I think she knows me from someplace, or something."

Dad's eyes widened. "Umm... What are you asking me here?" He asked. "If I should go or not." I responded. "Star Cafe?" I nodded. "No, absolutely not. Star Cafe is in the human world! Demons are forbidden there!" He exclaimed. Dad never yells at me. "O-oh... okay." I stuttered. "Never ask to go there again!" He continued to snap at me. I ran to my room, tears forming and starting to trickle down my face. I started to wipe my eyes, but the tears refused. "Demons don't cry... Demons don't cry..." I repeated to myself.

His eyes were scary. It wasn't the cool, calm, misty eyes I usually see in him. If you stated at them long enough as he yelled, you could see little flames forming around his pupils. I grabbed a backpack and studded things like clothes and other junk. I stuffed everything then zipped up the backpack and quickly opened my window and jumped out. The underworld's atmosphere is odd. When inside a building, there is gravity, but when outside there isn't. It's weird.

So when I jumped out of the window, I was able to float up, into the human world. As I made my way into the human world, I realized it got warmer. The underworld is always cold, which is weird because demons have fire magic.

As I literally came up through the ground, I saw plenty of people, and they were walking around, not even noticing me. I pulled my phone out of my pocket, then held the home button. "Where is Star Cafe?" I asked the phone, hoping it would work. "Star Cafe is a quarter mile away from you." I smiled as the phone responded quickly.

I followed the directions carefully, then a few moments later I arrived at a small, brown building. The worlds Star Cafe were plastered above the door. A green open sign blinked on the inside, but was easy to see because of the glass windows. I opened the door to the cafe then walked inside. The human world doesn't feel so different from my home.

The inside of the building was beautiful. There was round tables everywhere, a counter with some snacks and a lady stood there. The ceiling was covered with shiny plastic stars. The walls and ceiling were painted black. Imitating space. Nice job.

I made my way over to the counter. A lady with grey hair and brown eyes. She wore a big white apron and tied her hair up in a bun. She looked at me, then smiled. "Hello and welcome to Star Cafe!" I nodded. "Hi, um is a girl named..." I paused to think of the name, "Stella, here?" The lady nodded, pouting over to a girl with curly blond hair and brown eyes sitting at a table. I scurried over to her.
