(Louis' POV)
The doctor came out into the waiting room and asked if we can go into Megan's room. We got up and followed the doctor in confusion. When we got there Megan was holding a baby. I walked over and smiled at the cute little thing. She had Megan face, but Niall's blue eyes. When she looked at me she smiled. Megan looked at me and handed the baby towards me. I grabbed her and held her close.
"Where's Niall at?" Megan asked looking at the others.
"That's what I needed to talk to you about," the doctor said looking at Harry. "I have a note for you," he said pulling out a small piece of paper and giving it to Megan.
(Megan's POV)
Louis looked so happy holding my baby. I was concerned about Niall. I wanted him to be here with our baby. The doctor handed me a small piece of paper. I opened it and read it to myself multiple times.
"Read it out loud love," Harry told me.
It read:
Dear Megan,
I had to do this for you. I was so scared when the doctor thought you weren't going to make it. After seeing the baby I knew you needed it more than anything. When the doctor told us she was going to make it I told them that I will give anything to keep this baby alive for you. I am writing this note then going in for surgery. I have to give all of my blood to this baby. I will probably pass shortly after. The last thing I want to tell you is I will never stop loving you and this baby is something you can have to remember me always.
Love, Your baby's daddy, Niall.
P.s......
That was all I could take. I couldn't read anymore. I was shaking so bad I dropped the note. Harry picked it up and began to read.
(Harry's POV)
I picked up the note and finished reading it:
P.s. Harry I want you to have this baby as well. From the start I wanted you to be with Megan. So my last wish is for you two to have this baby and stay together. Please keep performing boys. I will miss you all dearly, I love you all.
I looked up at everyone staring at me. Zayn was crying in to Liam's shirt. Megan was crying even more. Louis handed her the baby. I stood up and walked over to her. I sat down next to her and she handed me the baby.
"What's her name?" I asked looking at Megan.
"Tessa," she said, "Tessa Niall Horan."
Everyone smiled and gathered around saying hi to our gift for Niall.
