This question has me genuinely has me confused. Why do people go behind your back and speak trash but when you either confront them or go talk to them they want to act all normal and like they didn't say anything? This happens to me and I just want to let some people know this. I don't care what you think about me, if you hate me, you hate me. That is your opinion that I must respect. I may not agree with it but that's no excuse to not respect that you are a person and has your own thoughts. I for one, will tell you how I feel about most topics in the proper way without being disrespectful. So I don't know why people make such a big deal about this, it's really confusing.
