The Glowing Sapphire (part 2)

Me and Em sat down to have lunch .. As we were eating , I noticed a girl from my psychology class coming toward us ... "Hello , may I sit with you?" She asked calmly with a decent smile on her face ... Em looked at me with a puzzled face ... It's not really common that people are interested in talking to us ... "Sure" Em said cheerfully ... "Thank you" the girl replied ... Just seeing them smiling like that creeps me out ... "Your name is Jack right? .. My name's Beth" she continued "oh .. yeah ... This is my sister Emily ... Emily this is Beth she is in my class" I said Emily looked at me " Wait ... Beth Johnson? ... You're Beth Johnson!?" she said quickly turning her head to look at Beth ... Emily's eyes started sparkling after saying this .. "...You know her?" I asked ... "Dude this is like the coolest girl in the whole school" she replied *Beth blushed* "it's really flattering but .. I'm not" said Beth ... Ok this is getting pretty weird ... And why does she want to sit with us anyway... Well seems that Emily admires her ... I don't wanna ruin this ... "I'm done ... I'll head to class ok? .. See ya " I said then started walking walked away ... "Alright" Em replied

Beth : wow you guys are really close 

Emily : yeah . my brother is the best

Beth : I wish I had a brother like yours .. or a sister like you *giggles*

Emily : R-really?

Beth : yeah ... I'd be glad actually

*Emily's eyes sparkles Deeply*

Meanwhile ...

As i was walking to class i saw something running in a distance ... i took a closer look ... it's a cat that looks exactly like the one we met on our way to school .. it jumped into my arms pushing me a bit backwards from the speed ... i held it and noticed that it was biting a ... Denture!??... "oh shit" i said slowly raising my head to see who's chasing for it ... i saw an old man with a long black stick and a pretty old pair of glasses .. he doesn't seem to be in a good mood... "YOU !! PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE .. NOW!!!" he Shouted ... i grabbed the denture and handed it over to him ... he took it in a disrespectful way then went away ...

In the principal's office ...

"THIS IS IRRESPONSIBLE .. HOW CAN YOU LET KIDS BRING PETS WITH THEM TO SCHOOL" The old man said furiously ...

"Please calm down Mr.Joe" said the principal hoping for him to calm down a bit

"NO Mrs. Bernard THIS IS OUT RAGING" He shouted ...The principal ignored him and looked at me.

"What's your name young man?" she said in a calm voice 

"It's Jack , Mrs. Bernard" i replied politely (I tried to)

"Jack ... A Freshman? ...... Jack Lonard right?" She asked

"Yes ma'am" I'm still trying to be polite

"I see ... Is this your cat Jack?" she asked

"No ma'am" i replied

"WHAT !! WHY WERE YOU HOLDING IT THEN" said the old man as he was getting outrageous again

"well Mr.Joe ... this is an irritating situation for a student .. specially a freshman .. i'm sure he didn't know that it isn't allowed to bring Pets to school and i'm sorry for any damage done ... Jack wait for me outside i still wanna talk to you" She said giving me a decent look ..

I stood outside for about 10 mins and nothing was happening except that man screaming and shouting ... can't ever figure out what he's saying ... then the office's door opened and they came out ... "You're welcome anytime Mr.Joe .. and again sorry for the damage" She said shaking Mr.Joe's hand ...then he walked away ... i can tell he's still angry .. the principal came to me so i stood up ... "Ma'am this is not my cat" i said quickly .. 

"I know it isn't ,, This cat makes trouble every single day with a different parent .. i don't know what she wants and i don't know what she gets .. we locked it up 2 days ago but it escaped ... now can you please let me have it so i can put it back in the cage?" She claimed

"I'm sorry but i refuse ma'am" i replied (Still trying to be polite ... It's hard ok?)

"Excuse me .. refuse?" she replied in a sarcastic way

"Yes ma'am i refuse ... i saw this cat right before i reach school and it was almost dying from hunger .. i believe i know why now ... and i'm not letting that happen ... i'm keeping this cat" i replied giving a serious face ... the cat starts purring and moving her head against my hand as i'm holding it ... 

she gave that huge decent Smile of her again "The cat seems to like you so I won't stand in your way ... But if i saw this cat ... you don't wanna know what i might do with it" she said then signed that she might kill it (you know moving your hand in front of your neck for threatening)

I silently walked away as her many personalities started to creep me out

2 Hours Later .. At the end of the school day, 

In front of the Gate,

"Jack , Over here" I looked beside me and found Emily waving and Beth beside her ? ... i went to her so we can go home .. 

"Hey .. I see you became good friends" I claimed

"Yeah .. Beth is really fun to talk to" Emily replied

"Em .. please stop that" She said blushing a bit ... i don't know how she acts normally but when i'm around ... Cool and fun? wouldn't be the words i'm looking for ... "Although .. I really enjoyed talking to you" She said looking at Emily's eyes as they were sparkling again ... then she looked at me with a puzzled face  ..

"Don't ask .. i have no idea how she does that" I said .. Beth laughed a bit then Emily poked me 

"Not cool bro" She said in an annoyed sound 

"Sorry for that , By the way " I said then tilted my head as i wanted to whisper "I have a present for you" i continued

"A .. Present?" she replied with a cheerful way

"Yeah .. It's in my Backpack .. check it out" i said then turned around .. Emily opened the bag and stood in shock (Shock from Happiness .. she like cats)

"Wow" Beth's reaction . and Emily held her breathe for a moment ...

"KAWAIIIIIIIIIIIII !!!!!" She suddenly shouted getting everyone's attention .. Beth quickly closed the bag and said loudly "It's ok just a cute picture nothing more" then she looked at Emily .. "It's a really cute cat but be careful you're not allowed to bring a cat here ... let go outside" ...

As we were walking i was taking the lead as both of them was playing with the cat ... 

"So Beth .. where do you live?" i said while i was walking

"Oh My house is on Wrangler Street" She replied

"You live in Wrangler street!!? ... your house is on the same street as ours !!" Emily Said excitedly

"Wait .. really? ... Sweet" Beth replied 

Suddenly i saw a black ball thrown beneath us from behind and in few moments we were covered in smoke "Emily , Beth Are you ok!?" I shouted "Yes .. I'm here" Beth replied putting her hand on my shoulder so i know where she is .. i looked around "Do you see Emily?" i said quickly "I can't see her" Beth said in a worried voice ... "Emily !!" I kept calling in high voice ... about a minute later .. the smoke was gone ... Emily was gone too ...

Hello Everybody .. i'm really sorry for the long chapter and i'm sorry for the delay between the two chapter ...

I really hope you enjoy it and again .. i'm really sorry , i know it took me a while to publish the second one even more than it should
