(I'm sorry about these chapters being long. That's just how I like to put them. But thank you for reading them. I really appreciate it! ♡^▽^♡)

"See Sam! It's alright! You look really pretty!"
"..?"
"These flowers are perfect on you!"

It's a sunny day with a few clouds in the blue vibrant sky above. Felix, Jack, Ken, Mark, and Cry  are standing inside by his backyard door as Marzia, Signe, and Mary sit outside in shade chatting and watching the little ones play around.
Kenny T. And Lil'Cry are playing hide and seek by a tree in the backyard. Sam is sitting a bed of tiny little flowers as Tim is standing on his knees behind him decorating Sam's hair with the little flowers around them.
Laughter from the boys playing hide and seek can be heard, mostly from Kenny T. because Lil'Cry doesn't have a mouth to speak or laugh with. But still is happy and enjoying having fun.

"I didn't expect that! Haha! Oh Signe! I don't know if i can. But may I ask about..Sam?" Mary asked as she set her drink down. Marzia finished taking a sip as she said "Um actually..Mary-"
"No. It's okay Marzia." Signe interrupted kindly. "I-I didn't mean to intrude or anything. I'm just curious about what happened that was so bad to have ones eye be gone." Mary said concerned.

With that Sam turned away. Tim look over at Mary and then leaned down to Sam. "Sam?" He said as his light tan skin toned arms wrapped around Sam. Tim then went over and Sat in front of Sam, who was trying to hide their face. "Sammy. Look at me. I'm your lil bestie. Remember ? You can't hide those tears from me. C'mere." Tim said looking at Sam. He wiped away their tears and moved their hair out of their face. "There's Sammy. Now tell me what's got my best friend so upset." Tim said with a reassuring smile. His blue eyes showed Sam how much he cared.
Sam moved their hand which was covered by their long sleeve from their large sweater up to Tim's face and right on his right eye. "My...e-eye..I i-is different..but if I has a-another eye...I can be...just l-like Tim." Sam struggled as they spoke. Sam never spoke that much before and only started learning to speak a few years back. When they were four-five years old. Just a year after Jack found and took responsibility of caring for them. It also was difficult to understand due to the scarf covering their mouth slightly muffling the words they tried to speak.
Tim smiled softly and held Sam's sleeved covered hand off from his face. "But...you're you. And that's so much better. No matter how many eyes you have! You'll always be awesome and Amazing! Being different isn't bad, Sam. It's awesome! Trust me." Sam smiled and pulled Tim in for a hug. "Sam thanks...T-Tim..for being Sam's..best bestie." Sam said happily as they hugged Tim. Tim hugged Sam back tightly. "It's my pleasure Sam. Thank you for being my bestie." Tim and Sam hugged for a few more moments before Tim pulled away Gently.
"Now. Let's finish making you even more pretty! So no more sad. Not on my watch mister!" Tim said with a light hearted smile as he went back behind Sam and began fixing the flowers in their hair and Sam fixing their pastel red scarf decorated with various flowers.

"-after Stephano showed up and fixed up Sam he cared for him for a few days then said his goodbyes and left. If it wasn't for him...Sam wouldn't have made it I suppose." Signe said picking her drink back up. "Wow..guess Stephano has done a lot for the boys." Mary said as she looked over at Sam and Tim together. "Yeah. Stephano has gone from saving Felix too saving his friends and the little ones.  I'm glad he chose too to. I'd thought he'd never show back up after what happened with him and Felix back then..." Marzia said as she gazed over at Kenny T. And Lil'Cry.
"Me too..." Signe agreed. "What ever happened  between those two? Weren't they close?" Mary asked confused. Marzia sighed deeply. "Yeah..they were. But somethings got in the way. And one was forgotten. He was forgotten for too long and...things happened. He just..." Marzia trailed off and got lost in her thoughts for a second before speaking again.
"...But that's in the past now, so it's nothing now." She said in a voice full of sadden memories and hopelessness , as she began to drink her beverage again.

Mary saw the resistance in Marzia about anything that dealt with Stephano and just sighed. If it was that bad..there's no need to bring it up again right ? "I guess so, Marzia..."
