1. MUST be made by you. (Unless you use a base, then you're good)
2. DO NOT take other people's ideas or you're out.
3. You can pick 1 female Sonic character but it can't be the ones listed as unused except Cream (read the bold rule about her)
4. Once you picked the character, you can't switch it.
5. You CAN'T use your OC's.
