As the group pulled into a small gas station to fill up, Briana went inside to use the restroom. Just like every gas station bathroom, it was filthy. After Briana washed her hands, she decided to buy a phone charger. Hers was at 10%, and they needed it for the texts from 50. She gave the cashier at five and went back to the car. "Couldn't resist could you?" May said with a smirk. "Shut up May." Briana laughed. Nothing else significant happened that day. They checked into a motel at Tennessee. They were all exhausted so they all went to sleep as soon as they got to their rooms. They got two rooms, two people in each room. In the middle of the night, Briana could swear she woke up to some shuffling or footsteps from inside the room. She grabbed her stun gun and aimed it around cautiously. She woke up May, who was her roommate, and told her she thought somebody was in the room with them. May looked wide eyed and pointed behind her. Briana turned around and pointed the stun gun. Nobody was there, but she did think she see something. When Briana turned on the light, she saw the words: WELCOME TO THE VOLUNTEER STATE. It looked as if it was written with some kind of ink, or liquid. It wasn't blood because it wasn't a dark red, it was more black. Briana texted Tobi and snapped a pic of it (see media). "May! Why did you photo bomb the pic?" Briana asked. "To show that I'm awake." May responded. Tobi responded: Weird, we'll leave once Ethan wakes up. Briana responded: Okay, night T. Briana couldn't get back to sleep so, she went down to the lobby for some coffee. When she came back up to the room, May was watching Criminal Minds. "What are you doin?" Briana asked curiously. "Watching Criminal Minds." She responded. Briana nodded slowly and started to pack. Welcome to the Volunteer State. Briana thought. Ethan and Tobi knocked on the door about half a hour later. "Let's go." Said Tobi. "Next stop, were ever we're going tommorow!" shouted May.
