Uggh.. I groaned. "Charlie.. sssh girl... it's not like I'm going anywhere, slow down!"Hi! I'm Kiara Cruz, but people call me Kia. I'm 14 years old at the moment, but my birthday's pretty near, so consider me 15. I'm a 10th grader (you might have guessed with my friend's rambling) and I have 3 best friends, Charlotte "Charlie" Jones, Jenna "Andy" Anderson and Karly "K" Stevens.- Back to Reality -"Look! The bus is here!" yelled Charlie, and I saw the yellow bus with "Greendale High" , in which I had travelled for 5 whole years, turn.We boarded the bus and waited anxiously for Andy's stop to come.
Finally we saw a beaming girl in a Red and white uniform (yes we have uniforms), she walked in casually and took the seat in front of us after saying her signature, " hey guys!" And clasping her hands, which she always did. We chatted and chatted till the campus of our school surrounded by lush greenery was revealed.
We went Into our classrooms ( me and andy were In the same class, while k and charlie were In the other ) and left our bags. We were waiting for k, we hadn't seen her the whole summer because she had to go visit her aunt In Egypt.
Finally her bus arrived and we rushed to greet her. It was 3 months since we saw her. We like the typical freakish weirdos we were (and are!) literally ran towards her, grinning so much that i'm sure my lips would soon turn numb, giving her the OMG-we-missed-you-so-much sort of look. Being the introvert she is, she looked embarrassed that we were giving her a public-attracting-spectaclish welcome, but come on we missed her loads! She gave us a weak smile acknowledging the fact that she missed us too.
***** 3 months later ******
"Oh man! mid terms are starting in a week! geez i haven't touched my books... who cares, i'll study the night before, anyways its only the boards that matter.." My brain was a muddle of thoughts about the upcoming torture, to soothe myself I thought I should spend some time on the internet.. 1 of my fave pastimes.....
I logged into my e-mail and saw K online.
Me : Hey!
K : Hi!!! :D did u hear the latest sitch??? we r gonna b goin camping for our 10th grade excursion!!!!!!
Me : (not very interested) Oh really..
K : u dont seem interested..
Me : u knw i dont like camping :( but princi wont let me cut.. remember last year... she was on my back calling home the entire time the others were camping
K : Lolzz of course i remember the whole "poor girl being harassed over d phn by princi" story.. but cum on how can u even think abt cutting ur 10th grade excursion!!!! its like d last tym we, as in d the classes r gonna b 2gether!
Me : ya i knw..... 1 reason i will cum.....
I really had no intentions of going, being one of the most unathletic students in our grade, i definitely did not like the idea of camping.
K : ;) wud u cum if i told u i was gonna confess sumthin...... ;)
Me : CONFESS?!?!!? wat?? OMG!!! pls tell!!! i wont tell any1!!! cumon!! PLZPLZPLZ!!!!
She never really confessed her crush to us..... maybe it was gonna be that.. after all i am a teenage girl.. I LOVE GOSSIP!
K : a secret is a secret! ;)
Me : OMG!! is it d name of ur crush?!?!?!? dats 1 secret uve kept within u long enuf.. out wid it!
K : mom callin gtg!
Me : Fine -_- bye.. i wont let u escape young lady
