I stayed in there for what seemed like weeks not doing anything but crying. My injuries were healing themselves but I was too depressed to do anything. I heard a knock at the door which meant it was either Kisame or Madara; please be Kisame. The door opened revealing Kisame thankfully, his eyes showed concern and sympathy.

I glanced at him then carefully rolled over to face the wall. He sighed then sat down at the edge of the bed.

"What?" I muffled from my face buried in the covers.

"I just wanted to see.....if you were okay."

"Well, I'm just peachy."

I felt his hand on my back.

"You'll get through this Mariah; now go to Konan to get your injuries checked out." He said.

I sighed.

"Okay,"

He helped me get up and walk down the halls to Konan's room. I was mostly leaning on him for support, I felt so weak. I was lost a lot of blood and since I didn't eat or drink anything it's taking a while for the blood to multiply again. When Konan opened the door she immediately treated my wounds which I was very grateful for.

When she was done I was still very sore but for some reason I didn't want to heal myself.  I walked down the hallway leading to the living room still depressed but then I bumped into someone. I looked up and saw Suigetsu smiling down at me.

"Hey Mariah-chan, are you okay?"

"Uh yeah just fine," I lied.

"No you're not, I can tell."

"Seriously Suigetsu, I'm fine."

"Uh huh, so then why were you covered in blood the other day and how come your make up is all over your face, your eyes are red, and you have tear stains on your cheeks?"

"Shit," I muttered wiping my face.

"Do you want to talk about it?"

"................................................................."

"I'm taking that as a yes." He said leading me to the living room.

"No not the living room," I said.

Before he could ask why he stopped when he saw the blood on the couch and in the corner.

"What happened?"

"It's my blood........I usually get beaten here or in the meeting room." I said sadly looking at the ground.

He then led me to his room where he sat me on the bed and he sat next to me.

"So what's bothering you?" He asked.

"Itachi's death, Madara, Sasuke, the usual." I said.

"Ah I see, do you want to talk about it?"

"Well Itachi was everything to me; he was like a brother to me and was always there for me. He cheered me up and was very protective even though he never showed it. Because of him I was still somewhat sane and let me know that everything was fine and will get better. When he.......d..died.........I.......just don't know....what to do with....myself......He kept me going."

He rubbed my back to comfort me.

"Well you always have me," He said with a sad smile.

"Yeah, at least I have someone."

"You sorta have Sasuke."

"Forget about Sasuke, he's a jerk."

"Yeah, that's true." He laughed. "Maybe we can kick his ass and teach him a lesson for hurting such a beautiful girl like you."
