I was in my room, hanging over the desk. I banged a fist on the wood, growling in frustration. I'd gotten near no where! The witch that killed my parents was still hidden, I wasn't strong enough to just use magic to search. My younger sister walked in, her adorable short hair unbrushed, her purple eyes looking at me,
"Sissy? Where's mommy?" She asked, gripping the edge of the desk I was hunched over on.
"Saki, you need to leave."
The small girl shook her head in response, "Sis... please tell me what happened. I'm worried. Where are they?" She pushed again.
I grabbed my pounding head, growling darkly at her, "Saki, I said leave."
She shook her head again, determined to figure out what was wrong, "no."
"Saki! I said leave!" I yelled at her.
"And I said no!" She screamed back at me.
Now I was mad. I let my anger get the best of me and before I realized what I was doing, I was on my feet and holding the poor girl by her shirt, but before I did anything to her I set her back down.
"Saki, please go play outside for a little while. I'll be out to explain what happened soon."
She looked defeated and a little frightened, but nodded and left.

I needed more strength if I was going to defeat the bitch that ruined our family. I thought on the idea for a while. Finally I came up with an idea. I went to the small library my dad used to keep. I found an old spell book that no one ever used. While reading the book I felt a strange feeling come over me. I felt alive, strong, powerful.
But not powerful enough. I knew exactly where to get more power.
I walked outside to my little sister, who was sitting in the grass playing with a doll we made together years ago. When she heard me walk up she turned around.
"Finally! I thought you wouldn't actually come to tell me." Saki said, looking up at me. I smiled at her then gave a dark expression.
"I want you to know that this is to help you and protect you. This is for your own good." I said with a soft but serious tone. She gave me a confused look as I held my hands up to her.
"What are you-" she was cut off from her words when I clenched my hands and started drawing her strength and courage out with my new found magic.
She screamed and cried in pain, but I didn't stop. I didn't stop until she was a crumpled pile on the ground, shaking and gasping in pain and I had her strength.
Having what I wanted and needed I headed to find the vile creature that destroyed me.
