8. A confession

Hello, everybody. This is the last part of this story, but don't worry, I have a lot of ideas for other stories, too. As you may have noticed, I prefer the British way of wtiting. I do not own Pokémon, but I wish I would.

After Ash and Pikachu had bought Serena's favourite flowers and chocolate:
Ash: "So ... We've got everything. Do you know where Serena is?"
Pikachu: (embarrassed) (Nope, not at all.)
Ash: "Maybe Clemont can find her by using his awesome inventions."
Pikachu: (Wait! I ask Dedenne where Serena is. If it also doesn't know, I will ask, where Clemont is.)
Ash: "Great idea."

After some small talk between Dedenne and Pikachu:

Pikachu: (It doesn't know where Serena is. Clemont is right in front of the Prism tower. Let's go there.)

At the Prism tower:
Ash: *Clemont has to be somewhere around here. ... There he is.* (goes to Clemont)
Ash: "Hello, Clemont. What cha doing?"
Clemont: "I just build a machine to find ... Ash, why are you here?"
Ash: "I wanted to say sorry for just running away after I lost."
Clemont: "No problem Ash. It is forgiven."
Ash: "Thanks."
Clemont: "I have been working on a machine to find you, but since you are here, it has become useless ..." (sad)
Ash: "We still could use it! I have to find Serena. Could you find her with that machine?"
Clemont: "After some fixing, probably."

Bonnie returns:
Bonnie: "Hi, Clemont. Ash is here, too? (evil grin) And Ash, did I missed something special, like I don't know, you and Serena making out or something?"
Ash: (embarrassed) "No! I acted so unkind and unusual towards her, that she left. Now I try to find her and I will apologize for my bad behaviour."
Bonnie: "Ahh, I see. Knew it you are just too dense."
Ash: (angry) "No, I am not dense, at least, not anymore. Listen Bonnie! I know Serena loves me and I also love her. You got that?"
Bonnie: (shocked)"... Seems like Ash matured a bit."
Clemont: "Ash, I guessed so, but I had no evidence, so I didn't say something."
Bonnie: (shocked) "You aren't dense, too?!"
Clemont: "I am just smart enough to stay quiet, until I have some evidence."

After Clemont has completed the working:
Clemont: "The future is now, thanks to science. Clemontic gear on. This is the 'Emergency companion finder 2000'.
Bonnie: "At least, it tells what it does."
Clemont: "So Serena is, ... at the top of the Prism tower?! How didn't I notice her going up there? There is just one way in and I am like five metres away!"
Ash: "You probably were too focused on building that machine."
Clemont: "Yeah ... probably."
Ash: "I have to go, see you!"
Bonnie: (evil grin) " I hope you two will have a good time together. I hope nobody will interrupt your special time alone."
Ash: "Stop that, Bonnie."
Clemont: "Ehh, how to say ... Go and get her. And good luck."
Ash: "You, too?"
Clemont: "I am to 99.999 per cent sure, you two are a perfect fit. I will build a machine to prove that, till you are back."
Ash: "Bye." (leaves)

Ash runs up the stairs of the Prism tower and reaches the top, exhausted.
Ash: *I have to find Serena! Where is she?*

After some searching:
Ash: *There she is! Go and apologize to her.* (goes to Serena)
Ash: "Hello Serena ..."
Serena: "Leave, I want to be alone!"
Ash: "But you needn't be alone."
Serena: "But I want to."
Ash: "Serena, I have to tell you something ..."
Serena: "Please, Ash, leave."
Ash: "I see, doing the same I did. I deserve this. I am really sorry for hurting you. I don't know who I was, but I know, I am the old Ash again. I hope you can forgive me and don't be mad or at least sad anymore."
Serena: "..."
Ash: "Even doing that stuff? Fine, I got it, I am an idiot. I am really sorry."
Serena: "You won't give up, will you?"
Ash: "Never give up until the very end."
Serena: (happy)"The well known and loved Ash is back."
Ash: "Serena, I have to tell you something
... very important."
Serena: "What is it Ash?"
Ash: "I jumped off this tower and it was easier for me, than to tell you. I still try it!"
Serena: "What could possibly be that difficult for Ash Ketchum?"
Ash: "You'll see. ... So Serena, I noticed you were acting nice towards me, way too nice and lots of nicer than my other companions did. You care so much, so I asked me why. Lately I also was feeling kind weird, when you and I were all alone and in general, when you looked at me. ... I took some lovely love lessons from Pikachu, in order to know what was going on with me. I was right. ... And Pikachu was right, too. It really is a difficult business. (Pikachu brings the flowers and the chocolate and leaves again)
So Serena, here are some presents to say sorry to you. I hope you like them."
Serena: "My favourite flowers and chocolate! How did you know?"
Ash: "I asked Pikachu and he asked Sylveon. A blame you didn't tell ne , what you like."
Serena: "You didn't, too."
Ash: "I know. ... Serena ... I want to know more about you, I want to spend more time with you, I want to support you and I want to make all your wishes and dreams come true. Serena, I love you." (AN Even in English, I am a great poet. Look at that rhyme, it's brilliant!)
Serena: (surprised and more than happy, shading tears of joy) "Ash, I love you, too. It seems like you have just made, one if my wishes and dreams, come true. (AN Try it that way in German and you will fail.
Find a fitting rhyme too 'dich' and 'auch', it's a challenge!)

They hug each other and after that they hold hands.
Serena: "What a beautiful sunset."
Ash: "It is not as beautiful as you."
Serena: (blushing) "Thhank you, Ash."
Ash: "Thanking me for what, saying the truth? And I am the one to thank you, I mean, you are the one who wanted to see me again. If you hadn't had wanted to, I wouldn't have been so happy, right now. ...
I wanted you to know, for me you do not just look beautiful from the outside, but also you have the most beautiful soul, I have ever seen."
Serena: (blushing even harder) "Thhhaaaanks.How are you so good with words?"
Ash: "I don't know, I guess it's just the moment."
Serena: "If I could change every single 'faut' of you, I wouldn't. But there is one thing, I would have changed about you ..."
Ash: "And what would that be?"
Serena: "I would have you made confess earlier."
Ash: "Phew, for one moment, I though, you would have made me eating less." (Both start laughing)
Serena: "I love your way, of never giving up, even when every other person would. I love the way, you care for your friends. I love the way, of you doing everything. I love you."
Ash: "I love you, too."

Their faces get closers and closer:
Ash: *I guess, that's what the moment leads us to. I also wanted that to happen, so why resisting?*
Serena: *Is this really happening? Ash just confess to me, even in a more romantic way as in my dreams. And soon, we will be kissing! Ash and I will be kissing!*

Their lips finally meet:
Ash: *This is the moment, I wish would last forever. Me and Serena kissing, on top of the Prism tower, at sunset. Could there be a even better moment or a even better first kiss? I don't think so.*
Serena: *It really is happening! It really is happening! Ash and me are kissing! KISSING! I can't believe it. I wish this moment could last forever. We are kidding on tip of the Prism tower, at sunset. Could there be a even better moment or a even better first kiss? I don't think so.*

After their kiss they stay a little longer on top of the tower and watch the sunset. After that they go downstairs and tell their friends, they are a couple. Sereba goes to her hometien, to presebt her bew boyfriend to her mum. She is really happy. Ash and all of his friends go back to Kanto. Ash there presents his new presents his new girlfriend to his mum. She is do shocked, she almost got a heart attack. Don't worry, she didn't get one. She also is very happy. In their sight seeing tour though Pallet town, Ash meets Gary and Gary starts flirting with Serena. Ash tells him, Serena is his girlfriend and Gary said something like 'You've got a good taste.' And "All because of me being the best role model, especially when it comes to get the girls.'
They separate again and Clemont and Bonnie leave after some days. Ash trains to achieve his dream and Serena does the same. They support each other and so their dreams come true. Ash will become the champ in every region and Serena will becone the Kalos Queen. They will live together and will get married. They will also have some children, but that's another story.
